I have searched our data base for the telephone number ###-###-####, which is the number Mr*** provided within his complaint.Whereas, I can not locate that telephone number associated to any account within our office, I have placed that number on a never call fileThis will disallow our calling
that telephone number ever, even if it would show up in our data base in the future.Mr*** indicated within his complaint that the telephone number reaches his office/business locationPerhaps there may be other inbound numbers which reach that location which we are at this time unaware ofIf that may be so, we can disable any additional telephone numbers which may reach Mr***'s office, if provided. The name of *** *** is common within our data base, so I am unable to determine if there is any active account(s) for this *** ***.It will be impossible to comply with Mr***'s request for any correspondence, based upon the fictitious address and e-mail which he supplied within the complaint. Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance in this matter.Thank you

Thank you for bringing this to our attentionWe here at Professional Placement Services believe this matter has already been resolvedWe have validated the debt Mrs*** owes to Aurora Healthcare and have reached out to the client when asked by Mrs*** to validate this debt. We
received a fax from Mrs*** (see attached) on January 9, where she disputed the account and stated she was refusing to payWe did verify the debt with Aurora at that time, sent validation of the debt to Mrs***, and updated her credit report that she was disputing the debtThe validation was sent January 12, to her address. On March 27, we received an E-Oscar dispute via the credit bureaus stating this debt had inaccurate informationAurora did validate the information as being accurate at that time. On March 28, we received an E-Oscar dispute via the credit bureaus stating that the debt should be deleted as the contract was cancelled or rescindedSince Mrs*** did receive medical care from Aurora, Aurora did verify that this was not the case.On April 24, we did receive an inbound call from Mrs*** claiming that this was not her and she was a victim of fraudWe did follow the Aurora fraud process, told Mrs*** to contact Aurora and turn in her police report for identity theftMrs*** never followed up with Aurora on this matter, so Aurora informed us to keep collecting on the balance. On August 30, we did receive another demand for proofWe did send another validation letter and itemized statement at that time.On September 14, we did receive another E-Oscar dispute via the credit bureaus claiming that she was not aware of the collection on this accountMrs*** was aware as she had already faxed us a refusal to pay, claimed that this was fraud, and had disputed this for two other reasons in the last months. On September 26, we did receive another E-Oscar dispute via the credit bureaus claiming inaccurate informationWe did send another validation notice and itemized statement to the address on the Revdex.com complaintWe have not received any of the validation letters back returned mail.We do encourage Mrs*** to reach out to our collection manager *** *** ** *** to discuss this matter with himIf there is something specific she is disputing, we can bring it to Aurora's attentionAt this time, Aurora has validated this debt is valid numerous times

14, 2016 where he wrote “Bill under dispute with Aurora” on the back of our bill we had sent to him. We did contact our client, Aurora Health Care on March 14, 2016 to see if this was true and updated our credit reporting to mark this account as disputed on March 14, 2016. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I will contact Aurora; however, it is your agency reporting me not Aurora and I was advised by Aurora billing department that I have to contact your agency. As indicated I have obtained copies of the EOB's from the dates of service in question. I have also communicated with Aurora regarding the failure to bill or attempt an alternate form of communication prior to theses invoices being sent to collections. Be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g (Sec. 809) that the debt you are reporting was disputed and removed due to failure to validate within the allotted time. Your Agency got this debt from AmeriCollect who failed to show proof that the debt you are reporting is accurate, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your au[redacted]ity in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt.   Agencies aregiven thirty (30) days from the disputes I made through the credit bureaus to validate the report alleged debt. You failed to respond, on point, in writing, hand signed, and in a timely manner. After the reporting was removed your organization resume to report the alleged debt on my credit repo1i(s). I request that this matter is permanently closed and all adverse reporting be removed. Please provide proof and correct the reporting and remove this debt from all sources to which you have reported it. For the purposes of 15 USC 1692 et seq., this Notice has the same effect as a dispute to the validity of the alleged debt and a dispute to the validity of your claims. This Notice is an attempt to correct your records, and any information received from you will be collected as evidence should further action be necessary. This is a request for information only, and is not a statement, election, or waiver of status.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We here at Professional Placement Services take all complaints very seriously. We did have phone number 262-735-4075 on an account in our office tied to a different name and we have removed the number. The phone number has also been added to our "Never...

Call" dialer software so the phone number can't be dialed, even in error. If Mrs. Wagner has any further questions or concerns, she can reach out to our Compliance Manager at 414-220-4111.

Good Morning,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At Professional Placement Services we take all complaints very seriously. We believe that we have already resolved this complaint to the best of our ability. We did contact Aurora on November 2, 2016 after the first notification was received and again on November 21, 2016 after the second notification was received. At this time, Aurora is advising us to continue to report to the credit bureau. Aurora did state in their second response that they would notify us to remove, if necessary, in the future. Aurora does have a process in place to notify us for credit bureau removal. We have not received anything from Aurora to remove at this time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here at Professional Placement Services we take all complaints very seriously. We believe that this debt is being reported correctly and that Ms [redacted] was aware that this debt existed. The debt in question is an Aurora owned debt. Here at...

Professional Placement Services we do not buy debt, we only work accounts on behalf of our client. This account came to our office on June 3rd, 2015 and was first reported to the consumer's credit report on July 21st, 2015. Since July 21st, 2015 the account has been reported only by PPS and has not be removed.  We first spoke to the Ms. [redacted] on June 24th, 2015 and at that time she claimed she had no money to pay off the account. She did not dispute the debt at that time. We next spoke to Ms. [redacted] on November 1st, 2016. At that time she asked about her settlement options and if she could get an itemized statement sent to her. We sent her an itemized statement on November 8th, 2016 in the mail. On February 15, 2017 we spoke to Ms. [redacted] who claimed that her insurance should have paid this bill, wanted another itemized statement, and wanted her medical records. Ms. [redacted] was given the Aurora Medical Records phone number so she could call and order her own medical records.  On April 24th, 2017 Ms. [redacted] called us to let us know that she was never notified of this debt and so it should not be on her credit report. When PPS tried to explain that she had spoken to us numerous times, Ms. [redacted] stated she had an attorney. Ms. [redacted] ended the call on us when we asked for her attorney information. On May 20th, 2017 Ms. [redacted] called in to pay off one of her invoices. At this time Ms. [redacted] told the rep she would be paying off one invoice at a time. On June 5th, 2017 Ms. [redacted] called in to ask for another itemized statement and claimed she was unhappy with the first itemized statement. Aurora has strict guidelines on how their itemized statements look and we follow their guidelines as they own the debt. We did send another itemized statement to Ms. [redacted] on June 6th.If Ms. [redacted] has any concerns, please reach out to our Collection Manager [redacted] at ###-###-####.

I never received a copy of a signed letter of validation from this place. All they sent was a bill.
This collection agency is in direct violation of my rights according to the HIPPAA law.
HIPAA regulations in the United States prevent any medical documentation to be shared. That means that when the hospital sold the debt to the medical collection agency or firm that is all they got, just the debt. No information, no details. Just the dollar amount, and the date that it was acquired.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We here at Professional Placement Services take all complaints very seriously. We believe that this matter is resolved. We did receive a written notice from Ms. [redacted]-Washington on November 4, 2016 asking for validation of the debt. We did send...

validation of the debt on November 10, 2016 to the same address she included in her complaint. We never received any response, in writing or verbally, to our validation letter. When we received the complaint, we did reach out to North Georgia Neurological Center, our client since we do not own this debt, for them to validate again that this debt has not received any payments that were not reported to us. The client responded they have never received any payments on this debt. They did ask that if Ms. [redacted]-Washington does not believe she owes them, if she could provide proof that this was paid or a reason why she doesn't believe that she owes this debt.We have sent another validation letter and an itemized statement of charges out to the address that was mailed today, July 5th, 2017. We do encourage Ms. [redacted]-Washington to reach out to our Collection Manager [redacted] at 855-777-0317 to discuss this matter and hopefully help her come to a resolution on this matter.
