Had reservations, came and requested a specific table that was empty and was told that they can’t promise tablesmin later we were finally seated in the back corner and ignored! min after sitting a server came up and said “sorry, there was some confusion and no one was assigned to this table”(All the while no one was ever sat at the table we requested though there was server assigned to the sectionand why would you sit at a table with reservations at a table that had no server assigned?!) Reservations were at 5:and we didn’t even get our food until after 6:
To top off the night my card was charged TWICE for my mealI was told to wait days to “see if it drops off” by the server as the manager was “too busy to come over”I called days later as I saw that the money was taken out of my account but was told I had to wait the daysI called back the next day and was again told the manager was “too busy to talk to me” I insisted and was put on hold for a long
