Cleaner 4 Less

Review: The dry cleaners took my coat and damaged the fur trim on the sleeves and around the neck. They said they would have a furrier repair it. They had their in-house tailor sew on an inferior and unacceptable wool trim product in a different color and at different sizes. The workmanship was terrible and the coat looks terrible.Desired Settlement: They should fix the coat by sending it to a trained professional to make the repair or provide the funds to replace the coat. I paid $1,500 for the coat. It was in excellent condition.
