I would like to share my experiences with using Las Vegas Turnkey Rentals We have been using this company for approxyears and we couldn't be happier We have had the pleasure to work with Michele P [redacted] as both a client and a residentNot only is she the definition of professional, but also she has a personal touch that is second to noneMichele manages our properties with the same attention to detail as we would ourselvesWe also have had the pleasure of leasing several of her managed properties when our units are occupied, She always goes above and beyond to meet our every needThere are times when there are situations that are out of her control and even then she goes the extra mile to make our experience pleasant and seamless - several times at Sky condos - there have been air conditioning unit issues that the building has confirmed to be a continuing problemMichele has always been available to offer solutionsMichele you are a rockstar!
Dealing with this company has been one of the most grueling and tiring experiences I have ever had Forgetting that they were incredibly disorganized upon the check in process but the condo I rented from them did not have functioning air conditioning In Las Vegas, no A/C! Upon informing Michelle P*** of the problem, she repeatedly stated it will be fixed soon, it will be fixed soon, and more lies I spent nearly weeks living in this condo with no working air conditioning until I left Dealing with her was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in real estate She is completely lacking in any semblance of customer care and how her business has been able to remain up and running is well beyond my understanding The fridge had a broken shelf, the toaster was broken, there was no usable kitchen garbage can, the jacuzzi tub was uncleaned and shot out an endless stream of dirt and muck and most importantly there was no working A/C and no did anything about any of it!
