Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At no point did I state that it was a stern 'hour cleaning job' that I was requestingI stated clearly when I contacted Ms [redacted] on june 18th that I wanted a full move out cleanThat the owners were meticulous and boarder-line OCD and that I wanted the upper level spotlessThe lower level of the house had not been in use for the majority of my time there, so I had stated that if somehow the upper level took less than her quoted hours, then I would love for the downstairs to be moppedI stated that I had already cleaned the kitchen grout and pre cleaned the oven, as she stated that those take the most time and she does not charge by the job, but by the hourWhen she had quoted the cleaning as 1/hours, I was hesitant, as I know it should typically take at least 4-for a full move out clean, so I advised that it was not at all the time about the time that it took, but the job being doneShe again insisted that it would take no more than hours and that bringing her son along to help would take half the timeShe called me when finished and claimed that everything was done and looked perfectWhen I arrived to the house to see the job and to then meet for payment, I saw the condition that it was in, as described in original complaintShe includes her son as her employee and a second hand, yet when I showed her the many streaks and obvious marks on the kitchen tile, she responded with "people make mistakes" and that it had been her son's responsibilityTo then completely forget about a master bedroom is outrageousI had Amada's Cleaning Service come in the following day to complete the task that Cleaner Spaces failed to preformThe allegations regarding the pet cat are outrageous, as Remi is an outdoor cat and therefore does not have a litter box in the house, nor has he ever with the owners of the house (as he is their pet being looked after by myselfHis well being has never been in question and can be attested to by the owners of the house.) If Ms [redacted] had taken a look outside, she would have seen the food & water dish out on the back porch that she is claiming I failed to provide He should not have been in the house, as I thought he had exited when I did that morning, that was in fact my mistakeBut anyone that has a cat can attest to the fact that they slip into places on occasion, unknown to usI am saddened by the way this transaction has transpired, but am stern in my beliefsThe job was not completed to the standards agreed upon and Ms [redacted] had refused my offer of one hours worth of work, which is significantly more than I believe she deserves for the job doneI will still pay that amount, $50, to put this issue to restHowever, her allegations and business practices are simply laughable Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Sir or Ma'am, I have received the complaint from your office and attorneys general office file# ***) from *** *** ***I have been in Business for going on years and have never had a complaint*** contracted me to clean I have emails indicating that per our conversation
however when we did a face to face consultation she wasn't sure how much time she wanted to do and it conflicted with what we ended up agreeing which was 21/2-hours of cleaningShe then changed it to a full once over last minute but indicated she still only wanted 1/2-hours of cleaning and originally said that downstairs didn't need to be done but added it last minuteI confirmed the amount that was due upon arrival which was When I arrived to clean there was no payment on counter I proceeded to clean and did the time we agreedWhen I arrived I called to check in and realized the code was incorrect on door which delayed my start timeShe had mentioned she got off at got off work at 5:pm earlier so I said I would come back to house and pick up payment after I finished and I would call her when done with time agreedAfter I called her when complete she changed the time again, to 6:00-6:and called me to tell me that the master bedroom had been not done I explained that we were out of time, but I would go ahead and take care of that which would be minutes more of my time, at no charge, she agreedNormally I do not clean if there is not a payment on the counter when I arrive which she verbally agreed to have waiting for meShe was house sitting for a year the house hadn't been deep cleaned for a while she had mentioned that she did a lot of cleaning herself but the living room had never been dusted and the windows had never been cleaned and there was a lot of pet fur on hardwood floors, bathroom shower main shower a lot of soap sm build up in shower and urine on walls from either children or cats and didn't see a cat litter boxSmelled terrible no sanitation and then I proceeded downstairs and noticed that there was a cat locked up in a dark room so I open door to let him roam and noticed there was no water in the room or food or a place to go to bathroom, he was very skinny like not fed properly but still proceeded to cleanI've already sent invoice for payment on July th to the location that was cleaned I showed that my services were contracted by *** and I have emails to confirm thatI will submit a second request to the original owner for paymentI will state this is the second request for payment and will give them days from the time of cleaning date if I do not receive payment I will proceed forward.!!! Please note as a renter for one year in a house she really had no knowledge of how to keep a house clean.!!! When she had quoted the cleaning as 2 1/2 hours, I was hesitant, as I know it should typically take at least 4-5 for a full move out clean, so I advised that it was not at all the time about the time that it took, but the job being done. She again insisted that it would take no more than 3 hours and that bringing her son along to help would take half the time. She called me when finished and claimed that everything was done and looked perfect.
