I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to *** ** *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]I did not make a reservation online, to my knowledge!!! I would like to be provided with the screen shots showinng where the reservation was made online *** *** did not call me, I called them!!! Also, *** ***l never stated that I could see the screen shots showing where the reservation was made I also requested in writing their response and was told that *** *** doesn't provide written notices I'm not satisfied with *** *** and the way they handle business If I had made an online reservation, I was I suppose to know because I never received a confirmation number via email!!!

[redacted]              Response:I received reports from [redacted] that shows guest made reservations online. However, we will do one time courtesy and refund the no show charges as it is much cheaper than going into detail and prove that guest made online reservations. Response: Guest [redacted] never called the actual hotel Econo Lodge and made reservation. Reservation was made online by guest. Guest called the [redacted] on 10th November and [redacted] returned call back on 12th Nov and research was done and there was no error found in reservation...

and guest did select the November 3rd as check inn date. The comment ID for the research is [redacted] and detail can be achieved by calling [redacted] explaining the comment id. There won't be any refund to guest as hotel has no fault what so ever when guest make reservation online and select dates. Detail reports and screen shot of online activity is available on request.
