I understand her frustration Told her the same thing I understand its frustrating to try to find a receipt or record of payment They say they are brand new and to try and reimburse 100%, we just need some sort of verification - a receipt, cc statement, bank statement, anything verifying sale She said she would get back to me and I have not heard anything In the meantime, her husband has called and he said he understood and would try to get me something I spoke with vendor and they are ready to settle too but we are just waiting on some sort of verification of amount of payment Usually, in this situation, we settle on an amount in the middle due to condition and age But in this particular situation, they want the full, new replacement amount I have no problem giving them this amount as long as we can verify how much they paid She stated she bought him these boots months agoHope to get this resolved soon Please let me know if you need any other information

I have utilized CD One Cleaners for many years Overall, I have been satisfied; however, my recent experience with the franchise on Maple Avenue Lisle, IL *** *** was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had I brought in a white uniform dress with frontal buttons (which they list as a lab coat in their system) to have laundered and starched lightly also a white scarf to be dry cleaned only I received an email on 02/04/informing me that my clothing was ready for pick up I arrived at the store on Friday 02/05/to pick up my clothing; however, when examining the white uniform dress, I discovered a long large dark dirt mark on the front of my uniform I spoke with an individual who stated that she was a manager name is Bridgitte I informed her that the uniform did NOT have that large dark mark when I brought it in for cleaning She then grabbed the uniform from the rack and brought it to an individual in the back There was no care given to my item at all This individual partially spread my uniform onto a table top board She then sprayed some type of chemical onto my white uniform When the item was brought back to me, not only was it now wrinkled beyond belief, it had grease stains I informed the manager that these grease stains were NOT in the uniform when I brought it in for cleaning just like the dirt stain Brigitte then stated that the dirt stain had been removed and that was all she was going to focus on I requested to have the item re cleaned Brigitte became very agitated with me or mad would be the more appropriate word to use I was made to feel as though I did something wrong Her attitude, customer service and personality was ATROCIOUS to say the least CD One Cleaners prides itself on providing great customer service If this is great service, the doors to this establishment should be shut immediately I got no apology, no smile, no reimbursement I did not request a reimbursement; although I should have just because of the ATROCIOUS service that I received In the future, I will not utilize this location of CD One Cleaners I deserve an apology and a refundTrellis ***

remove so we offered to try and clean the garment again. Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied with the results so our store manager asked her to bring back the garment to the store and fill out a claim form so we can investigate the claim and get back to her with our results. She refused to do so and wanted to talk to me, the owner. At the same time she contacted our corporate office to file a complaint. I called Ms. [redacted] and left her a message explaining to her that in order for us to process a claim she would need to bring the garment in to the store and fill out a claim form. I told Ms. [redacted] if she had any questions she could give me a call. I never heard back from Ms. [redacted] and she never brought her garment into the store and filled out a claim form. I now have been asked to respond to this Revdex.com complaint. I will respond by asking Ms. [redacted] to bring the garment to the store and complete a claim form. Once she completes the form we will go through our claim process and get back to Ms. [redacted] with our results. There is not a whole lot we can do without the garment or a claim form completed. basis. For example: Buy one get one free. All we were trying to do is be fair about the claim amount. We in no way are rejecting the claim we are just trying to settle on the correct amount. I will go to [redacted] A [redacted] and get a price or replacement shirt for Mr. [redacted]. I want to personally apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
