Cleaning Authority, The

This provider did not clean my home even though they were hired to do so. I paid them for months of promised cleaning that was not delivered. Today a cleaner came after no cleaning for one month and it too 5 hours to clean the master suite. After asking the Cleaning Authority to do a better job I was met with many excuses. The next week they did not show up. When I called at the end of the day to see why a message was taken. The next day day I was sent an email from management that fired me as a customer saying I was a poor fit for this company. This is a company that does a once over with a damp rag and calls it good. Beware.

I had this company work for me for a few months...they were ok the first couple times then they started missing little thing like not vacuuming everything...my microwave ended up having scratches all over the front..I have no idea what they used to clean it...I asked them to vacum off the porch which was included in what I pay and they missed most of it...I had dirt under my computer table and let it go for a month before telling them....my windows sills were never wiped off.... I would not recommend this company to anyone plus they always left 15 minutes early and my cost was 75 dollars which is extreme if not cleaned

Highly disappointed in the service provided as well as the customer service. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I emailed them to complain about the poor service they made excuses, said they could not come out to vacuum a bedroom floor. I came home to my laminate floor unmopped, the bedroom dusted and that was it, the trash not emptied throughout the house, the kitchen was not mopped, and if it was they spot mopped. If a company states they are a professional cleaning service, then that's what one would expect. I would highly recommend you find an alternative cleaning service, as this company is way below a professional standard.
