I bought a new home from this builder, I wish I would have looked closer. Every time a sub contracted was brought in from the builder he damaged or completely destroyed what the previous sub did. Like the tiler walked in the tubs to do his tiling but dropped grout in the bare tub and walked around the tub with his work boots. The scratches and gouges were very deep. This is just one example of the complete incompetence of the subs. If the builder would have just shown up once and a while he would have noticed the lack of skilled people he was employing. The owner/builder of new look homes will tell you anything you want to hear when he's talking with you but your completely out of his mind when he leaves. I have never had a more stressful situation than dealing with this builder and trying to get him to fix all the problems after we bought from him. We have a couple of more months left on our 1 year home insurance and we can't get him here to fix any more things. I guess he got tired of fixing all his sub contractors mistakes. I would never buy from this builder again, ever!
