 We purchased a [redacted] with you. Over the last 3 weeks I\'ve called 3 times and I left an email last week in order to schedule a session. We still have not heard from you. 
 Our [redacted] # is [redacted]. We are open for a session on the following days: Sept 25, Sept 29, Sept 30, Oct 2.
 Please confirm a session date for us. Thank you.*. [redacted] 
This was the first email I got from her, I don't have any email before this, I checked all my voice mail and I had no message idem. Now come all our conversation thru emails:

This was all the emails we sent to each other. Liked I said in the first email, I call the client to make sure they are home before I come. This rule on my company is because for many, many times I made the appointment and when I came they wasn't home, so for many times I waste my time and my helpers time and they never send me a payment for that. If I call twice and send a message asking if they are home and they don't answer the phone, I call the next client and if they answer and I say "I am on the way to your house" I can't go back to the previous client right way, because the one who answer the phone will get upset if I don't show up. 
On September 30th, I call her and she didn't answer the phone, when she call back I was on the way to the next client, I offer to come after 1hour-1:30 to do her cleaning and she said that she couldn't do because she had a doctor's appointment. You can see on the emails above that I reschedule for October 7th, I call 11:15 am on that day and again she didn't answer the phone. I call twice and send one message. Then my next client called from out of the country and ask me to check something on his house, then, because I didn't heard from her I said to him that I could go to his house and he told me that he was going to call me back in 1 hour . When I was on the way to my next client was about 15 minute from my 1st phone call to her, she called me back and demand that I should go back to do her house, when I said that I couldn't do that because I had called the next client, she start to argue, scream at me and using a poor language. She didn't let me talk, so I had no choice then hang up on her. I never said that I couldn't keep my calls straight, I just said that I couldn't answer right way because I was talk to another client out of the country. That's what happened. Also she make me loose money, because I couldn't put anyone on her schedule. I called [redacted] to let they know what happened and asked them to refund her money. just because I don't want to hear from her anymore.
