Cleaning Depot

I have reviewed the complaint filed by Mr*** , and have discussed this with my used car manager as well as our service manager
The statement seems to be as they remember all but the part about the leakMy understanding is that after the day test drive he had made mention of the brakes and
the missing screwsWhen he brought the car in to have those items checked he brought to our attention the problem with the air not being the same temperature in each ventThe leak was not mentioned or noted on the repair order at that time either,
We did correct the squeaking and had offered to do the repairs on the heat/ air issue at a reduced cost for Mr***I believe that this is when he noticed that there was moisture in the car
I am wiling to fix the problem with the heat/ air for him at no cost to himBut the vehicle showed no sign or smell of moisture when he test drove or after he took delivery and I am not sure when or what could have occurred to create this problemI am willing to offer to assist him by paying half the cost of the roof repair in an effort of "Goodwill"
Please let me know if I can help with any additional information of if Mr***, would like to go ahead with the repair

My only question is if they can provide me a loaner vehicle while the repairs are being made.
