I am sorry that you were unable to accommodate a redo at your home for us to readdress the floors. I would also like to apologize that it was not fully communicated to you that our quote was based on man hours. This means that if we send one Pro-Cleaner they are there for the full duration of the quote and if we send 2 Pro-Cleaners that cuts the duration in half. As there were 2 Pro-Cleaners there for 5 hours that means that you received 10 hours of cleaning. I refunded half of the 9. 5 hour appointment charge to your credit card on December 11th for the confusion. Once again my extreme apologies that you are not happy with us. We hope that in the future, you take advantage of the promo code that was provided to you and we can alter your thoughts of us. We greatly appreciate you giving us a try!
