Review: On May **, 2013 we purchased a voucher advertized on [redacted] for chimney cleaning. It was a $25 voucher good for a $69 cleaning of the chimney. We called to set up an appointment and were given Sunday July [redacted]. I questioned the Sunday to the agent I spoke with, [redacted], but she assured me that Sunday was fine for the cleaning. I was then called to conferm the chimney cleaning for Saturday July [redacted]. I agreed to that and they were to come between 11 am and 2 pm. At 230pm after they had not arrived I called and spoke to [redacted]. She said a truck broke down and a worker didn't show. I asked why I was not contacted with that information earlier. She stated she just got in and found out the situation. She offered to reschedule it for two weeks from then and I objected as we had already been greatly inconvenienced the whole weekend. She agreed to an 8 am appt on July *, Tuesday. When they had not arrived by 930am I called and got the same lady, [redacted], who told me a truck broke down and a worker didn't show and put me on hold. She came back to say she was unable to make contact with the workers in the field and wanted to know if I was sure they hadn't come. I assured her that no one had come to clean the chimney. She put me on hold again and came back with the same info that she was unable to contact the workers. I asked if they had cell phones, Oh, Yes, she assured me but no one was answering. Could she call me back. I agreed. After several hours, and no phone call back, I called again and [redacted] told me she was still unable to contact a worker and had not heard from them. No one ever showed up. No one ever called. I called back later that afternoon, she still had not heard from any worker. I called today using a number from Westchester that they had listed and again [redacted] answered and wanted to know if I wished to reschedule the appointment. She told me the team that goes out to Flushing, Where I live, would be in the area, but she was unable to contact the workers and stated again that a truck had broken down and worker was a no show.Desired Settlement: That the false adverising being done by this "company" be stopped or fined. According to one ad they have running with these promotions, 347 people have plucked down $22 each since May of this year. Not enough money for most people to complain about but a heap of change they are collecting to hire this person to answer the phones with "a truck broke down" and "a worker didn't show up". Can it be stopped? Thank you for all you can do about this fraud.

Review: Purchased a voucher on [redacted] from Cleaning and Restoration Pros to have them powerwash our house/fencing. Set up appointment with company to come out on August [redacted] from 3-5pm. Nobody showed up, no calls, nothing. Have tried for the past week and a half to contact them, nobody answers their phone. Left several messages - no response. I would like my $79 back from the voucher.Desired Settlement: Full refund of voucher cost of $79.

Review: Poor customer service....could not verify appointment. Crew tried to 'up-sell' upon arrival. Customer told that fee (paid in advance thru [redacted]) would not cover work to be done. Customer gave this feedback to business day-of service (at which time customer told business that customer would file Revdex.com complaint and contact [redacted]).Desired Settlement: 1. Refund 2. Discontinue promotion thru [redacted]
