Certificate of Completion signed by [redacted]. I made a estimate for mitigation and repairs estimate and send it to their insurance. On June 16 2016 I contacted him to follow up on the estimate for repairs to know if they will have any questions regarding the repairs process. [redacted] requested a copy of the estimate and I send it to him, after he received it he replied in a email that why I did not included the broken tile damage in the estimate? And also that he had mentioned to one of my guys about the damage that night on June 4 2016. I replied to him that I asked both of the guys that were with me that night and neither one recalled him saying anything about a broken tile. And mentioned in the email that I was the one that placed a piece of furniture in that spot where he pointed out for the damaged tile. The piece of furniture was a small bookcase made of some press board, very weak and light to make this kind of damage. After I did not get any response back from him, the complaint got handled by [redacted] with [redacted]. On a email that [redacted] send me, after he had talked to me,  he states that we offered to repair the tile by removing another tile from a reasonable not visible area like a closet. He states also that they not want CRS back at their house and refused such repair. [redacted] mention also that they have requested to have him as a mediator, as they don't want to speak with me directly. After that we directed the issue to be resolve by my general liability insurance, I got in contact with my agent to file the claim. I have the payments set up electronically for this insurance month by month, apparently the payment for that month when this incident happened did not went through. My agent states in a email she did not realized the problem until I informed her about the issue with the broken tile. After I found that about that CRS did not had coverage for the incident, I told [redacted] to offer them half of the payment issued by the insurance from the water mitigation job. They did not accepted, by that time someone else was contacting [redacted] named [redacted]. By August 18 2016 [redacted] send them a final email explaining that he was finalizing his involvement with the issue, due that Diamond Properties and their house insurance do not have any involvement with the issue at this point. Before [redacted] send this email they had filed a complaint through the Office of Attorney General State of Oklahoma before August 16 2016. On that complaint they stated that they discovered the damaged tile after they had moved the furniture from that area, this contradicts what he wrote in the email that he send me. Also the stated in this complaint mentioned that CRS did not provided any information to resolve the issue. We offered through [redacted] * couple of options to try to resolve the issue. We have been in business for over eight years and we provide a quality work and we stand by our work. Unfortunate our coverage of the general liability insurance was not active when this issue happened, otherwise my insurance will be dealing with this incident. Thanks for your help. [redacted]
