I terminated services with Cleaning Service Solutions (CSS) in JulyOn the last day of service cleaning equipment belonging to *** *** *** was taken from the officeThis equipment included a trash can and a commercial mop bucketI had to repeatedly request for the items to be returnedThe owner, *** ***, would not return my phone calls for updates on when the equipment would be returnedFinally, I sent the *** CCTV footage of the items being taken from the building as proofStill no response or follow upThe trash can was returned, however our mop bucket is still missingAn invoice was sent to CSS in July and August for $- the value of a commercial mop bucketAll I am asking for is to be reimbursed for equipment that was wrongly taken from our office

Cleaning Service Solutions just stopped coming to do their job When I called to fire them and to get our key returned, I was informed by the owner, Paul R***, that they couldn't find my key We are having to change all the locks on our building
