project came up with a list of additional items outside our contract that [redacted] wanted done . I Agreed to do the additional work as well as build the deck . In the original agreement the Deck was to have a wooden railing [redacted] wanted a vinal railing and from the beginning of the project I suggested vinal as a better option. [redacted] and [redacted] agreed to pay the extra cost plus the balance owed on the project . I Began the work right away and we worked on the job until completed every thing on list . I Asked for my payment and [redacted] told me he had no intention of paying me . I Walked away and spoke to a lawyer and I am in the process of filing suit against [redacted] and [redacted] as well as [redacted] and [redacted] Insurance Company. I find it hard to believe that he could be filing a complaint with the BBC .  I Have pictures of everything we did in [redacted] and [redacted] home and I also have complaints from the plummer and electrition and carpenter that worked on the project. We all were treated with disrespect and verbal threats through the project by [redacted] . We were forced into doing work outside the contract with threats of lawyers and nonpayment. I Will gladly share the pictures of the project with you as well as the testimony of the other contractors. My lawyer will be in touch with you as well ironically My trucks were vandalized and all the glass broken the same day I notified [redacted] I wou have to contact a lawyer unless we were paid the balance of the original project the insurance claim monies and all the additional work provided at her home .
