I had several issues Cleanlee.
Reliability
The company canceled the first appointment with less than 24 hour notice. They tried to cancel the second appointment as well, again with less than 24 hours notice, but I insisted they make arrangements to clean as scheduled.
Cleaning
I paid for a "Deep Clean," and while the sole cleaner worked hard, accomplishing a deep clean of 2,000 sq.ft. in six hours proved to be too ambitious. She cut many corners and rushed toward the end of her visit. This resulted in a list of items that remained untouched too long for this forum. To name a few: she did not clean under the kitchen table; dirty throw rugs were found on an (uncleaned) upholstered chair; several small appliances and kitchen gadgets remained dirty and greasy; and the cleaner selectively dusted silk plants - she only cleaned the ones with large leaves that were easy to wipe while she ignored the others.
Follow Up
I found a piece of floor trim missing after the cleaning. My phone call inquiring to its whereabouts was not returned.
