Mr Sweep of Cincinnati (Thomas P Lewis) was contracted to service our Gas fireplace
Mr Thomas Lewis arrived at our home, performing most of the service for the fireplace, but proceeded to Break the Glass to our Fireplace, shattering it into pieces He apologized, and stated he would order new glass, and be back to install the glass in the fireplace in a few weeks, and after several attempts to have our fireplace fixed, the glass was ordered and delivered to our home January 4th, 2018, from Mountain view, at no cost to us, as it was his doing
We have texted and called Mr Thomas Lewis at least times since that incident occurred, but he refuses to answer any of our calls or texts, leaving us with a very drafty fireplace, that is not operable
