Review: I am a current customer of CleanNet, we have a service contract for my business location. I had requested a deep detailed cleaning of my house (residential) which is less than 2000sq/ft it was an empty house with no furntiture. We were planing to move in and prior to move in I had requested a deep detailed cleaning which I was quoted for $600. As per my conversation with the company and the 3 ladies who showed up
To clean that based on our service agreement we requested a deep detailed cleaning as per the contract. Which means deep detailed cleaning. The service was horrible, there were kitchen counters, cabinets, refrigator, microwave completely neglected. Bathrooms were not even touched. They had sent a supervisor to check to see if the place was cleaned after we complained. We left everything the way it was, and as per the supervisor and he took images of the house, his exact words "they did not touch 80% of the house". He took images of all the places that were untouched. They sent 3 ladies to clean the entire house which had no furniture it is place. Since we have moved and there's boxes all over the place they kept forcing to come next day and clean. With all the boxes around, what can they clean? They can't deep clean for sure, and yesterday they sent us the bill for $600 and no communication from there end. We are dropping them for our office cleaning service because they have been doing a terrible job there! There is no customer satisfaction from them. I am very upset with their service and request we solve this matter ASAP ASAP!
If the house was deep cleaned before we moved in then we would not have an issue, we are now moved in now and how can get a deep cleaning???)Desired Settlement: We just like our refund we don't want anything to do with Cleannet and as per ther supervisor that inspected, he claimed this was the worst job service he had seen. I am not comfortable for them to come back and we run into another issue'

Response:
We
have had the pleasure of providing janitorial services to [redacted] business since 2003 without any complaint to speak of, that is why it
comes as a shock that we would receive a complaint through Revdex.com with regard to a
special service that was provided to [redacted] home rather
that to directly reach us with any concerns he may have had as we always make
ourselves available as a business standard. For
this particular service shortly upon his request by calling into our office, [redacted] was provided with a quote by CleanNet and we
were consequently contracted to provide a detail clean to his
vacant home. The service was scheduled to be completed on 10/30/15 by
one of our best cleaners. And as is protocol the Quality Assurance
representative followed up with [redacted] satisfaction of the service on
the following day. [redacted] at this time expressed some areas of
concern which were immediately address by dispatching the site
supervisor on Monday November 3rd, 2015, to identify any areas that
may have not met his satisfaction. Upon this inspection by
the site supervisor, he told [redacted] that the cleaners would return at the
time of his convenience to complete the areas that were of concern, [redacted] informed
the site supervisor that Thursday or Friday of that week worked best, but to
contact him to confirm the time. The field supervisor contacted [redacted] to
confirm that time for the service on Wednesday at noon and then later in
the evening and there was no answer from [redacted] (he left voice messages both
times). Then the site supervisor tried calling [redacted] on Thursday both
during the daytime and evening and still no answer both times leaving a
message. The following week the Quality Insurance representative from our
office that assigned the service, tried several times to contact [redacted] via
phone and email to no avail. Due
to the lack of response from [redacted] , we dispatched out the Quality
Assurance representative on 11/13/15 to his business location to be able to
reach him and discuss this further as well as to confirm that the office
janitorial services were to his satisfaction. Upon this visit we were still
unable to be in contact directly with [redacted] since he was out of the
country. We were however able to verify the office janitorial services at the
business were satisfactory upon a complete inspection by the Quality Assurance
representative and by confirmation from [redacted] business’ co-owner [redacted] At
this time we have been asked to reach [redacted] by [redacted] to discuss the
home cleaning, upon his return from his travels on 11/19/15 to further discuss
the issue at hand. We have been very diligent to try to rectify [redacted]
concerns and have only be halted in doing so because of the inability to reach
him.
