Review: This company constantly calls my cell phone saying that I inquired in their product. I DID NOT AND NEVER WILL. I have told them on multiple occasion to take my name off the list and stop with these harassing calls. Sometimes 3 to 5 times a day!! I'm sick of this bunch of brain dead people that don't understand or won't stop with the calls.

Hopefully you can do something about it.

Review: On August **,2015 I was on my computer contacting my security people to advise me about how to fix my fonts. CleanPC365 came on my computer without my permission or even my knowing at first that they did so. I was told that my computer(s) need hours worth of work. Believing I was dealing with my security people I felt safe. That is until I was told that it would cost me $399.00 to fix the problem. Only when I asked if they would be charging [redacted] Credit Card and was asked for another card did I start to realize I was not dealing with my security team. I felt caught in a nightmare. Who ever was on my computer(2) now had complete control of my now two computers. I did give them another credit card because I thought it was the only way to get control of my computer back. Whoever was now talking to me did take hours before they finally released my computers back to me. As soon as I had control of my computers, I called my [redacted] People to come to my home to get the unsolicited intruder off my computer. I am stuck with a $399.00 charge on my credit card because the credit card people said I ASKED FOR A 2 YEAR CONTRACT with CleanP365 and they want me to call them. I never asked for a contract and I do not feel safe contacting someone who I believed enter my computer without my permission.Desired Settlement: I believe it is necessary as a senior citizen to alert others seniors to be aware that CleanPC365 is entering computers without owners permission.

Review: For over a month the indicated business has been calling me every day, without fail, offering to fix my computer. I never contacted them! I have no idea how they got my name and cell phone number. I tell them my computer does not need fixing. My computer is working just fine. They still keep calling.Desired Settlement: I want the phone calls to STOP!
