Refund has been issued in fullNot sure why our customer service representative did not inform Ms [redacted] to email us as we ask all of our customers to do requiring a refund.We completely and totally honor our refund policy and have never had a compliant of this kindI believe it was a bit excessive to file a complaint after only a single attempt to contact us.That being said we are sorry she had trouble getting ahold of us and the refund has been issuedShould show up on the customers account in the next day or so
