Review: I ordered 2 products from a facebook ad. They were for:

Garcinia Advanced Trial Order Number: [redacted] Cleanse Pro Trial Order Number: [redacted] I was immediately notiified by my credit card company for possible fraudelent activity on my account. I then called the customer service # provided and was in an automated system to cancel my order. I did so and was charged $38 for cancelling (price of 1st shipment). I did not agree to this charge but it was automatically charged to my credit card. The business was not open for the day since it was a Pacific time zone so I waited until they opened and then spoke to a customer service represented. They said all charges were final even though I did not receive product and did not autorize the transaciton. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and reporting this company to youDesired Settlement: I want all charges taken off my credit card. I do not want this product. This company says all charges are final. This needs to be reported

Review: I ORDERED A TRIAL OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT A MONTHLY CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO CANCEL MY SO CALLED 'MEMBERSHIP' WHICH I WASN'T AWARE I SUBSCRIBED TO AND I ALSO RETURNED THE PRODUCT. UPON GETTING ANOTHER CHARGE THIS MONTH, I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP, I DIDN'T TELL THEM TO STOP SHIPPING ME THEIR PRODUCT.

I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND.Desired Settlement: A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD OF $165.85

Review: I initial ordered a free trial and was contacted by Visa Fraud Prevention regarding a charge that did not add up. I then contacted the company, Cleanse Pro as well as Simply Green Coffee Bean and Simply Garcinia to cancel all future shipments. I was told that there was a way to ship back the remaining unused product at my own expense. This was the only way to not be charged any amount of money. It worked fine for the Simply Green Coffee Bean and for the Simply Garcinia. But I choose the incorrect button for the Cleanse Pro and they would not cancel the transaction even though I called them back three times requesting that they not take funds from my checking account. They have done so and told me that the only way for me to get my back is to return the product, again on my own dime.I tried to contact the Visa Fraud Prevention asking them to cancel this transaction because I did not approve it. They told me that there is nothing they can do and referred me to contact my credit union which was already closed for the day. I am planning on contacting them today to see what and if how they can assist me.This company is fraudulent and very deceiving. Others should be warned.The customer service agent told me that they only handle Cleanse Pro at their location. Yet, all three have the same address. Completely horrible customer service.Any help is appreciated. They are charging me $38.71 which does not seem like much but that is my gas money that I intended to use to get to work in Harrisburg, PA. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $38.71 put back into my checking account as soon as possible.I would also like their company to be investigated.

Review: I ordered a "free trial" of this product and was later charged for the product. When I called to request a refund an intolerant supervisor informed me that I could not receive a refund because I did not return the product within 14 days. The terms and conditions are not explicit in disclosing this information. The supervisor was extremely rude, I returned the product by mail and he still denied me a refund- so I literally paid $84.90 for NOTHING to this company. The product name was Cleanse Pro but Cleanse Gold is showing up on my bank statement.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $79.95 to my bank account
