We strongly believe that the damage on the pants were not caused by our facility The cleaning or pressing of these pants would not caused such damageThe cleaning is done by a gentle bath of solvent while the pants are pressed on padded surfaces with a delicate steam We press hundreds of pants each dayWe have never seen our presses cause such damage Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do

They have ruined my clothing and now refuse service to me after me being a customer for over 4 years. Managing Partner is horrible with resolving issues and takes no responsibility in the quality of service being delivered. This seems to be the norm based on reviews. They don't know how to press pants and create new creases that shouldn't exist then belittle you when you point it out and don't fix it on the redos! I will be taking this business to court!

I am rejecting this response because it is inaccurate.  This response is typical of the way that this business will blame their issues on the customer (in this case blaming me for improperly storing my clothing).  I do not believe the damage was caused by an insect: it is local, the damage is in a straight line, and no damage is present at any other point in the garment.  I am not an expert, but to me the damage appears to be from a snag on a coat hanger or other sharp object.  I expect this business to be the expert - not to simply blame the customer.  They have made no attempt to try to understand what actually happened to protect their other customers from something similar.  And they have treated me as a criminal rather than a customer.

The holes mentioned in the above complaint appeared to be from insect damage from improperly storing the garments.  The holes had no indication of any mishandling from pressing or cleaning the garment.   The holes in the pants were grouped in several small tiny holes that indicated...

something had eaten away at the garment.  Pressing would not have resulted in such damage.
