I had a wonderful experience with this company, its representatives, and its attention to detailI want to let everyone know they are very reputable and extremely responsiveI rate this company the gold standard in customer service, going above and beyond to ensure satisfactionI will be back!

I ordered from [redacted] late on a Tuesday for a Saturday delivery - I thought if I got 2-day shipping I'd be safe. I initially provided a PO box for a delivery which they could not use and they got back to me Wednesday morning requesting a better address. After I provided it I got tracking information that showed a Monday delivery day! Well I was beside myself because this was for my dad's birthday - I contacted them, aired my displeasure and asked that I be refunded my 2-day shipping. What did they do? They contacted me immediately by phone, explained that there was a problem with the shipper, told me they will refund my shipping expenses AND recall the initial shipment and send out a new one OVERNIGHT PRIORITY at no cost to me. I just received tracking info that the package is being delivered today, FRIDAY!!! I am beside myself at the master level of customer service I received from this company. I have never had such a positive experience with a company, especially an on-line vendor. I GIVE THEM THE HIGHEST MARKS!

I would not recommend using this business for anything that you actually wish to receive after paying for it. I made a purchase December 13 and paid an excessive amount of shipping costs (+$30.00) so that I would be sure to have the item before Christmas. After not receiving any tracking information for several days I contacted them. They advised me that the original business was out of stock of the item and that they had found another vendor and that I would be receiving my item on Monday, December 21st. Still no tracking information received on the 21st so I called yet again. Received another apology and that the item should be at their location on this date and that I would have it in my possession by Dec. 23. It is not the 23rd and still no tracking information that it has even been shipped. The man I spoke with stated they would ship the item and refund the money paid for the item due to the inconvenience. Guess what! - No refund shown. Imagine that.
Horrible experience with this company. I recommend their use only if you wish to throw away money and be disappointed that the item you paid for will never arrive.

This was a Gift Basket for Christmas! I would not recommend this site for anything.
First, it is very over priced! The quality of extras in the basket was imbarrassing!
Besides the One bottle of Baileys, everything was horrible! They even shorted me on stuff! No so called Pate or Nuts!
You are better off making your own basket at a much lower price and higher quality
extras!

We have resolved this situation with the customer directly.We refunded her and delivered a basket to the recipient and bottle of wine at our expense.

Review: I scheduled a delivery of a product advertised on the seller website and requested a date of delivery. A service that was advertised available. My bank account was changed for the product. The delivery date arrived and when I tried to contact [redacted] I was unable to get anyone to respond to my concern.

Bottom line the product was never delivered and have not been refunded money and no explanation was offered as to why the service expectation was not fulfilled. Will not ever use again and would recommend the same for others.Desired Settlement: I expect to be refunded within the next 48 hours.
