Review: On January [redacted], I had dry cleaning delivered to me by Cleantopia. When I opened my dry cleaning on Sunday, January [redacted], I discovered that three long sleeve dresses all had two inch burned holes in the sleeves all in the same location. I was extremely upset as these were three of my nicest dress, approximate value $1200. I have tried to work this through for the past two weeks with Cleantopia and Cleantopia 2 (their two locations) and the managers will not return my calls and no one has made any effort to make it right. I spoke to a woman named [redacted] who offered to meet me and help, but she texted me on the day that we were supposed to meet to let me know that she left the company. I would like for this to be made right as I have $1200 of ruined dresses on hand.Desired Settlement: I would like for this to be made right. The total value of the dresses is $1065+tax+shipping.
