I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business contacted me and provided the service on Sunday, August 2nd.  I appears that the problem was with an answering machine and I was very pleased with the service that Clear Air Aviation provided!!I also want to thank the Revdex.com for their excellent help in clearing up my problem.
