Dear Mr. [redacted]:On December 14, 2015, we received your inquiry with the Revdex.com under the Revdex.com ID #[redacted]. We have researched your inquiry and are writing in response to your request.Western Alliance Bank requires a minimum payment to be received each billing cycle. A payment was...

not received for the billing cycle of June 26, 2015 to July 25, 2015. As a result, your account was assessed a $25.00 Late Payment Fee and your account reflected a Past Due amount of $25.00. Your Minimum Payment Due increased from $25.00 to $50.00 due to the missed payment. In the subsequent billing cycle, the full Minimum Payment Due was not received; therefore, your account continued to reflect a Past Due status and incurred additional Late Payment Fees each billing cycle the Minimum Payment Due was not paid. After you informed us that you did not receive the billing statement for the billing cycle ended July 25, 2015, we waived the Late Payment Fee associated with that billing cycle. The $25.00 Late Payment Fee was waived from your account on November 4, 2015. A copy of the billing statement was also re-sent to you on November 3, 2015.As a courtesy, we have waived the four additional Late Payment Fees assessed on your account in the amount of $25.00 each. We also adjusted your account to reflect no Past Due amount for the current billing cycle ending December 25, 2015.
