Complaint: [redacted] That you have sent 1st parcel I does not solve anything.Have you ever bought a pair of shoes? and if the shopkeeper will deliver a box with only one shoe? What do you do with one shoe? walk with a bare foot?But then, after this blessed data delivery request, there is a whole 'organization to be set.Do you realize that I have to organize the business with rental shop, rental home, travel, family and children by organizing etc.etc., Without considering that you already have damaged my person awaiting delivery of months and I have already paid all these expenses last year unnecessarily because of you.I believe that you have pulled the rope enough, beware that you can break.I demand urgently precise information about the delivery of the balance you have already promised in the email of December that would have sent in mid-January, it has now spent more than one month from that date.What happened to my kayak? Hello Revdex.com, Order# # [redacted] Card details: [redacted] •••• •••• •••• [redacted] Authorization key: [redacted] Amount: $3, The order was placed for kayaks on June 22, we shipped the order on June via [redacted] with *** [redacted] and PRO/Manifest ID: [redacted] On July our customer informed us that he received the units and that he didn´t like them because he wanted to keep dealing and using the Chinese kayaks and argued cosmetic issuesWe replied right away and have kept constant communication with him (let me know where we can send you copies of all the emails) and requested images multiple times to identify what the issue may beAs of today we have only received regular images which are not clear enough to show any issueThey are not high resolution images in front of a dark, solid background to ensure detail is clearly visible We have also held different meetings with our production staff where it has been confirmed that it is not possible to have an air bubble that big due to the production process used to form the kayaksWe have been forming these kayaks in USA for several years now without having received any complaint at allEven other kayaks formed in the same batch have been shipped to multiple end users nation and worldwide, zero complaints receivedWe have never sent a kayak with such a mark prominent as the one stated -much less five of themOur kayaks are produced and go through intense quality control routines during production and prior to ship, different from the Chinese knock-off clear kayaks our customer used to buy in the past Also note we have several times required images of all kayaks togetherBased on the ones provided so far we cannot tell if they are all of the same kayak or if they are five different kayaks [redacted] already received all our paperwork and will be ruling in our favor shortly Please let us know how we can be of help in order to resolve this as soon as possible Regards, Clear Blue Hawaii Cherry St# Seattle, WA

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your company has been telling us it will ship the order within the next few weeks since May!!!! Why should we believe you now? We haven' t received any communication regarding any kind of compensation!!!! We could accept the goods only if they can be sent the latest by the end of the year 2015, and with an immediate partial refund of at least 20% of the money we paid, as a compensation for the losses we incurred because of the late delivery In any other case we want full refund of our payment and cancellation of our order Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi Revdex.com,Without having high resolution pictures of the kayaks photographed in front of a dark, solid background to ensure the blemish detail is clearly visible, we simply cannot make any determinationThe pictures provided are not clear enough to show the issue.We can say this: It is not possible for there to be a 4" x 3" air bubble in each of those kayaks as the customer statesThe polycarbonate sheet(material the kayaks are made of) is extruded as one continuous sheet - it is not made up of "layers" of materialIn the worst case scenario, if there is moisture in the material when it is formed, there will be air bubbles in the formed part, but the bubbles are no larger than the tip of an ink penWe have never sent a kayak with a mark that prominent - much less five of them.We would also have to see photos of all five kayaks together that the customer states are blemishedThere were four photographs provided, and I cannot tell if they are all of the same kayak or if they are four different kayaks.I can assure you that we would never ship the kayaks with such a prominent markI have asked production to pull all kayaks to make a physical inspection of all these kayaks, all from the same batch produced as your customer has received, zero mark on them.With Aloha,Clear Blue HawaiiCherry St#38607Seattle, WA

Everything is moving forwardWe did have some minor technical challenges recently which have been overcome, they ended up delaying a bit further the production a few weeks before resuming shippingPlease keep in mind that your order is at the top of the list to be expeditedOnce

Clear Bue Hawaii has send our kayaks and they are in Barcelona Port.
 
Clear Blue Hawaii has informed to their Freight forwarder in Spain not to release this shipment or the BOL until they give them the green light, which will happen once they receive the confirmation from Revdex.com than this complaint has been canceled.
 
So please proceed to cancel this complaint as soon as possible and thick it as solved.

Sent: Saturday, December 03, 2016 6:38 AMSea Thru Kayaks VI.  BUYER BEWARE.  I own a see through kayak tour company and I had purchased Clear Kayaks a few times from this company five years ago and always had shipping problems. Recently I decided to try them again and purchased five Clear Kayaks and all five arrived with 3"X2" mold blemishes from manufacturing defects. Clear Blue would not admit that they have a manufacturing problem and even though I sent them numerous pictures of the blemishes they refused to help me and instead became abusive. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they upon examining the evidence ruled in my favor and reversed the charge and I got my money back.

The order was placed for 5 kayaks on June 22,  we shipped the order on June 23 via [redacted] with  [redacted]...

On July 15 our customer informed us that he received the units and that he didn´t like them because he wanted to keep dealing and using the Chinese kayaks and argued cosmetic issues. We replied right away and have kept constant communication with him (let me know where we can send you copies of all the emails) and requested images multiple times to identify what the issue may be. As of today we have only received 7 regular images which are not clear enough to show any issue. They are not high resolution images in front of a dark, solid background to ensure detail is clearly visible. 
We have also held different meetings with our production staff where it has been confirmed that it is not possible to have an air bubble that big due to the production process used to form the kayaks. We have been forming these kayaks in USA for several years now without having received any complaint at all. Even other kayaks formed in the same batch have been shipped to multiple end users nation and worldwide, zero complaints received. We have never sent a kayak with such a mark prominent as the one stated -much less five of them.
