Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I wasn't aware that they have to test the water in order for me to receive the $gift card they did not tell me that the only thing the representative told me is that both of us had to be home at the time and it was going to come by and cook up a water test so what her representative was supposed to be there between and 4: he didn't show up until 5:5:he told us he got stuck on the last car and he had a hard time finding the place so when he finally showed up He asked us have we had our water tested e before and we told him yes by other companies and he said was since we don't have much time I'll skip the water test since y'all already know what Quality Water you have and I could tell you about our products and what I can do for you he did not say if we didn't get the test we was not going to get the money not to mention this was the second appointment that we said because they had overbooked Us days before earlier it was supposed to be on a Wednesday so they moved us to Friday and I explained to the lady before he came I'm court ordered to pick up my kids by so to 4:would be perfect I feel that I'm being punished because their companies negligence in the situation and when I called the lady to talk to her about it she gave me attitude once I told her other companies and check the water before and she told me since I already know my water is bad I don't want to spend no money so it's no need for their services it sounds to me they mad because I didn't want to stick with that water softener then she told me she would check with the salesman she didn't she just went by the notes that he turned in so she told me her salesmen wasn't late and he was so why should I be punished and not receive the gift that was promised to me when I held up both ends of my agreement times and they fell short on Regards, on both of their scheduling appointments on two occasions one when they overbook me on Wednesday and the second when the guy showed up over an hour late if he asked us if we have to water test and we told him yes we know it's bad he told us will let skip the water test and let me show you what my company has to offer so by doing this he willingly new that that was part of something he was supposed to do like being on time so I feel it's not my fault and I'm being punished for their salesman negligence [redacted]

I spoke with Mr*** regarding his gift card and a trip he said he was supposed to receive. I was driving at the time so I told him I would call him back. I called my office and had my secretary read the notes regarding his appointment. I then called Mr*** backI
informed him that we do not offer any type of trip to our customersHe said he figured out that it was with another company, as he had many companies out to test his water. I also informed him at that time there are two requirements to meet to receive the gift card. Both spouses must be present for the presentation and all water test must be completed. He admitted to me, not one test was accomplished. I tried to explain to him because of not having any tests done that disqualified him from the gift card. He wanted to continue to argue about why he felt he should get the gift card. I finally had to hang up on him, because he wouldn't listen to reason
