I was hired by Clear Call Solutions. I went through a phone interview, a face-to-face interview, a drug screening, and an assessment. I passed all. I was offered the job after the interview and accepted. Three days before my starting date, I was told I need to take a "sales assessment" test. I was told that this is a new thing they are doing and I shouldn't be worried about the outcome. In fact, I specifically asked if this would have any implications on whether or not I would be hired. I took the test which was administered by a 3rd party, and scored a 74%. Not bad considering most of the questions were completely irrelevant to the position and nobody seemed to know anything about the test. The global average for the test was 71%. The next day I received a phone call from one of the HR people (Dawn Noonan) and she explained to me that I do not qualify for the position due to my "low score" on the sales assessment test. When I asked "what is the passing score?" she did not know, and she refused to transfer me to someone who could assist me on this matter. I asked for a reconsideration. After all, I was already hired at this point. I asked her to talk to "the people that made the decision" to reconsider. Later, I received a call from Dawn and she explained that the company would not change their mind. She ended up hanging up on me. Later, I called to talk to Linda Dearing (head of HR) about the situation. She had no clue what was going on (which leads me to believe she was never informed). She said about the same things that Dawn had to say. Although, when I asked her what the score was to pass this test she said "the other candidates scored 10% higher than you did" . I asked her "what did I score?". She had no idea. This leads me to believe that the conversation between Linda and Dawn did not exist. Bottom line: I was hired. I have all the documentation to prove it, then denied for a reason that I cannot get a valid explanation for. This company is horrible and everyone needs to know to stay away.

Invoices from 2014 still remain unpaid without any follow up from their top Management.
