I have not had any issue with the Aaron Campbell Agency He was actually very hhelpful and did a lot more than just sell me insurance, but also helped me with a dmv issue I reccommend his office

brides frustration and unfortunately there is no way we could have avoided her issues. With all events, we have a final meeting with the customer to discuss all of their details which we did in depth with this customer. The bride and groom supplied us with a list of music they would like during our meeting. We did in fact supply that music. The bride had music she wanted played for her events, ie; The wedding party dance, The first dance and the father/daughter "tribute" dance. She was told we did not have these songs at the meeting. We were in agreement with, as well as notated in writing, that the bride would assemble and provide the CD containing the specific songs the night of her event. The bride failed to do this. The bride provided only a list of songs she wanted the night of the event without supplying the CD or Music.
Upon speaking with the bride after the event and informing her that the music she was upset about was in fact the music she failed to supply as agreed, she stated, "You are a DJ company and you should have every song ever made." We do not and never claimed to have every song ever made. That would be impossible and is made very clear in her signed and dated contract.
Every week we do this same process for other couples. Every weekend we execute this same process for other coupes, around 200 to 300 events a year for almost 39 years.
The General Manager, [redacted], tried to talk to the customer but ended up holding the phone at arms-length away from his head because the customer was screaming at him. It was then I, [redacted] (Owner), directed [redacted] to recommend the customer to take further action with the Revdex.com in hopes they could mediate this problem.
The customer, [redacted] then continued to make good on her threats of slander and extortion by means of the internet customer review platforms. She wrote untrue statements on customer review pages as well as recruited her friends to do so to the point where we have considered legal action.
Doctor Feelgood's Inc. is a small, locally owned business. We provide a service that is subjective. As stated in the service contract signed and dated by the customer, "We can not guarantee any songs that are not shown in our music selection list. Also, "Lists provided other than our music request form will not be accepted." Which is in large, bold print on the contract.
To further shed light on this event, the DJ we assigned to the event in question was Dave Franke. He has been a professional DJ for over 20 years with our company as well as with on air local radio stations. We never receive complaints about this particular DJ, rather quite the opposite. We receive countless compliments on the service he provides which we have provided a small example of in the attached files below. We are more than willing and ready to work with the customer and offer an easy resolution of 50% of the DJ service fee, $350.00, to be returned to the customer as long as the customer removes her and her friends slanderous comments from all social media and internet review platforms as well as terminates any and all future contact with Doctor Feelgood's Inc. It's employees, contractors and business partners.
We do not feel we are at fault when it comes to this matter and the customer dose not feel she is at fault as well. We just want to end the feud.

Fine. I am willing to agree to disagree on this matter. I'm tired of going back and fourth. I'm ready to stop reliving that night and enjoy the holidays. We will NEVER contact your company, employees, contractors or business partners. I promise you that.
