when I was made aware I contacted the client and resolved the issue. In regards to our Refund Policy we offer to redo the colour service for no charge to ensure each client is satisfied with their service provided. Although this client was offered a free colour service by our senior colorist but unfortunately she declined. After I contacted this client she tried to retract this complaint but was unable to do so.
