Noticed their booth at the Hanover Home Show, was impressed to start with their ability to schedule us The night before at 6:40pm (less the 24hr before my appt) they called to ask a question about our addressI was working so returned the call in the morning in which I was told that my appointment was canceledI thought this was a bit unfair since this was the first phone call I had received about our address, that they would call so late in the day to confirm, and then just cancel without calling letting us knowI had to rearange two work scedules, taken a night off from work to make this appointment VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I will not be reccomending this company to anyone in our area or any of the contractors we work with
I am in receipt of your letter and was shocked to say the leastMs***'s roof has been out of
warranty for over years, yet I have continued to work on it as if in warrantyIn fact, as recently
as 4-15-(immediately after a major storm), and again no signs of water! In fact, We
have
been out to her house times for free with the same result
As far as her skylight, perhaps it's time she buys new ones as hers are the original ones to the
home and they do not last foreverThe same skylight she tried to pawn off on her insurance
claim
The same with the deductible she pawned off on me, the same extra plywood she pawned off on
meI had service calls to her house
As stated earlier, it is out of warrantyPerhaps it's time she hires the roofer that put rocks on her
roof and messed with the roofing that voided any possible warranty
A Clear choice sales person came to my residence offering a free quoteMy house does need repair, but at this time it is not financially convenientI told the sales person that I was all setAfter he left, I had noticed that a section of my front stairs, in which the bricks had started to crumble, had been pushed aside making the damage much more obviousThis extra damage was not there before I went outside minutes earlier, so it is pretty obvious your salesman did thatRegardless of whether there was damage or not, You representative had no right to come on to my property and poke at my damaged stairs (making them worse) without my permission
