there is no *** *** or *** on the Dmv records. As per Dmv guidles, Clear Choice retains copies of all DMV requests for a period of three yearsOn February 26th, 2015, Clear Choice then sent a Notice of Pending Lien Sale to all owners of record, including the Dmv Lien Sale section in Sacramento advising all on record of the pending date of sale of the vehicleOnce Clear Choice receives the ownership info from the Dmv, mails the Notices, prints and delivers the lien sale packet to our customer, our portion of that transaction is completeWe are under no legal duty to keep rechecking the Dmv info to see if someone new has come on file. As *** clearly admits in his complaint, he did not register his interest in the vehicle untill March 19th ,
This lien was processed in accordance with all the applicable California Vehicle and Civil Codes governing lien sales

To the Revdex.com,
Clear Choice Lien Service has been in business , in the same location, processing lien sale documents for lienholders in possesion of vehicles for over 24 years. There is a process that we strictly adhere to when we are asked to value vehicles for lien sale purposes.  Since no...

Vehicle Identification Number was provided to us by the complaintant, I will speak in general as to the proper sequence of the valuation process. First of all, was the vehicle impounded or stored by a Police agency? If so the agency is first in line to value the vehicle. If that agency does not value the vehicle then within three days of posession, the Towing company or their agent ( Clear Choice) may do so. When evaluating vehicles we do not know if they run or if they have any underlying mechanical faults. Most vehicles end up in a Tow facility because they do. The vehicles we start lien on our not ours. Therfore we can not start them ( even if they had keys), drive them around, or in any way open the hood excetra. The valuation for lien sale process is bassed on looking at the vehicle as it sits, in the condition it is in, at the time we view it.
Concerning the aledged ommission of  including the pre-addressed envelope to the DMV, we deny that allegation. It is our policy to include an envelope with every [redacted] lien that we process. Even if that envelope was somehow not included, the Notice of Pending Lien Sale contained within has the DMV lien sale section name and address on it with instructions of how to deny the lien if the complaintant so chose.
In conclusion I believe Clear Choice Lien Service performed our duty and obligation for the Towing company and the vehicle owner. The complaintant acknowledges receiving her notice, had the right to pay the charges due and pick up her vehicle, or to object to the pending lien sale of her vehicle. Simply valuating the vehicle at over $4000.00 would not eliviate the choices or responsebitity that the complaintent had to take care of, In fact, the longer the vehicle remains in the possesion of the Tow company, the more money she would have to pay to get it back.
Please note that Clear Choice is not affiliated with any Towing Company and does not ever have posession of, nor in any way "sell" the vehicles that we process. We are an objective, out sourced, resorurce for the Towing industry.
Respectfully submitted,
