We were fortunate enough to have clear choice reccomended to us for our roofing needs and water damage to our interior ceilings. I was impressed by the salesmans knowledge of roofing and my need for increased air flow. My roof was completed in a timely fashion and it is very nice looking. I also had my popcorn ceilings removed and the new knockdown style to replace it. The contractor was fast and effeciant, every day on time and curtious. He started every day with plastic on the walls and furniture and cleaned up every afternoon before he left for the day. This was the best experience I have had with home repairs. I would definately reccomend Clear Choice to my friends and family for their home inprovement needs.

In May Roseville MN experienced a hail storm. Naturally I was concerned about damage to my roof. Within days there were signs all over Roseville from contractors promoting their free inspections and roofing work. After careful looking into various companies offering me there services I decided to contact Steve O[redacted].

Steve gave me a honest assessment of the condition of my roof. He offered to work with my insurance company and do the repairs. All other people offered the same but Steve gave me an honest assessment.

The roof people he arranged to do the work were decent men. The work was done and the clean up was good. That evening Steve O[redacted] came by to inspect the work and follow up with me.

An important point to be made about Steve O[redacted] and Clear Choice is that my insurance company said they would cover the cost of X amount of ice underlayment material. Because of Steve's knowledge of materials and roofs in general he called the insurance company and explained that because of the shallow slant to my roof that building materials required the whole roof be covered in ice underlayment material. This was and is a big deal to me and for the longevity of the roof repair.

Without hesitation I would recommend Steve O[redacted] and Clear Choice Restoration.
