To all parties concerned,Let the record show that Clear Choice Roofing has a contract with the home owner and not the insurance company as seen in the attached contract. *** *** gave sound advice based on CCR training and credentials*** *** read the details and went over the
contract with the customer before sighingEverything "verbal" was included in the contractAt that time the customer authorized the scope of work at the cost outlinedThe customer made no changes orders and acknowledged no misunderstanding of the contract when signing.*** *** also gave $in house credit to the customer in which he paid from his checking account to CCR.His kindness and advise has been met with unresponsiveness once the customers portion of the contract was due. The contract reflects a price of $with a credit of $Leaving a balance of $CCR has received payment of $3909.64The folder is still open with a balance due of $1200.00CCR has attempted to make payment arrangements with the customer to extend our kindness,but it has also been met with unresponsiveness* UPDATE* A payment arrangement was agreed to in the amount of $a month for Six (6) months.Immediate action to take place as the customers deadline and grace period has expired.* UPDATE* Six (6) month grace period has be given and below actions will occur should their be a default.1) CCR will fill a lien on the property in question.2) CCR is notifying West-end Roofing Supply that their is a default in the invoice and that we will not be paying for the material on the propertyWest-end will follow up with the homeowner with their own collection process*UPDATE* We have requested a month extension from West -End and asked the account be forwarded to the quarter in the fiscal year.3) The customer will be turned over to a third party collections agency.4) CCR will be turning all evidence over to *** law firm for class action lawsuit.Furthermore upon review of this complaint written by the homeowner,CCR will be notifying the insurance board fraud division as well as the district attorney of the state of TexasWe will also be including her insurance company in on this response.We would like to bring to attention that the complainant in this email has openly admitting to submitted a balance due invoice of $We would also like to bring to attention that the complainant has openly admitted to only paying $The insurance, to date, has overpaid the claim in the amount of $We request the insurance be reimbursed the $by the homeowner until our contract has been paid in fullUpon payment in full CCR will issue a invoice reflecting paymentsThe homeowner may then resubmit the paid in full invoice to receive back her $We would like to make it clear to the insurance company and the I.R.Sthat Clear Choice Roofing has not received the $as submitted by the complainant to her insurance company.Please contact me if I can be any further assistance in the pursuit of justice.Kindest Regards,*** ***

I was given a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week or so during my father in laws passing and funeral servicesI started having grand mall seizures on June 10th of this year! It has been a very difficult change in my life! *** , who sold me the hearing aids I tried out for cash, told me if I returned them for any reason within days I got 100% refund, no question! The squeeling caused me to have more seizures, so I only kept them weeks and *** only returned of my He said that miracle ear charged him a restocking fee! Upon calling the Corporate office at Miracle Ear, I was informed that they do not charge for a restocking fee and that they would investigate the issue themselves as well! I was charged for a restocking fee/sitting fee that they don't have to pay and I want my money back like I was told , 100% refund no questions!!!!!! My father in law passed on 8-I bought the hearing aids on 8-15-And returned them on
