Clear Choice Technical Services

I'm a technician that went out to service one of their client's printer. The printer had been down for 3 months before I arrived. I was the 5th tech to work on the printer, and after several hours, I was able to repair the damage previous techs had done and was able to get the printer working again. They sent another technician out after me to install a toner cartridge and now the printer is not printing again. It's been months since the client's printer has printed and they have yet to pay me for my work order from 6 months ago. Clear Choice Technical Services has been horrible at getting knowledgeable techs out to this client, and has been horrible in their timeliness and proactivity in getting this client's printer functional. Over the last 9 months the printer has only worked for about 1 month. Repeated calls from the client has not produced any action by Clear Choice. If I had printers that I wanted serviced, I would never call Clear Choice, and I won't ever work for them again.

I used them in Massachusetts. Never again. They charged me $450 to replace a part that did not fix the problem. Then they wanted to charge me another $650. Sounds like they are just guessing at what is wrong - no thanks! RIPOFF

I was aware of the minimum charge for working on my copier/fax/scanner machine. I had provided the name, model number and location to them on 2 seperate occasions. When the technician arrived (an hour late) he did not know any of the information, looked like he was clueless, waited for a phone call for majority of the time standing around. I had provided them with the error code in advance, but of course they could not move forward without ordering $700 in parts? Go figure!

I contacted CCTS for service on two printers at one of my company's remote location in Aberdeen MD. This was arranged and the service performed satisfactorily. [redacted],the representative I spoke with to make the arrangements said they would invoice my company as we had done business with them before. The repairs were scheduled to take place no later than 8/25/2015 and were completed on that date. Good so far; On the evening of 8/26/2015 at 11:56 PM, I received an email from [redacted] with an invoice attached. This email stated that the invoiced was due on 8/25/2015 and would be charged to my credit card if it was not paid within three days of the invoice date (8/25/2015) or unless if notified them that we were paying by check. I immediately answered the email stating that we would be paying by check and to not charge my card. I immediately forwarded the invoice to our Accounting department which paid the invoice the next day (8/27/2015). Today I received my credit card statement and there was the charge for $985.22 from Clear Choice Technical. So they have received double payment at this time. I had a similar experience with this company the last time we used them as well. That time they did finally credit my credit card.
