office who told him that it is normal for the windows to drop down. I don't know of anyone who would tell a customer that. My secretary told Mr. [redacted] that she would write up a service order for this and we would get it taken care of. Also, Mr. [redacted] claims to have read some of our reviews and his issue appears to be a pattern? We do approximately 600 jobs per year and will be the first to admit we aren't perfect but I do not believe we have excessive complaints filed against us. However we do strive to handle issues when they arise if we know about them. I'm not sure who he was talking to but we have no record of Mr. [redacted] ever calling a service in. Also, there is a $49.00 service charge after the first year.

The response from Clear Choice is full of lies. First off I spoke with the rude secretary multiple times, which is why I knew that their office changed locations last year because she said that was the reason they missed my scheduled appointment. I did not speak to a man in their office I spoke with a technician that they sent out to my home. The claim to have no record of that, I guess their recordkeeping is as good as their installation services.
It appears that the reason they did not fix it last year is so that they could charge me the $49.00 service fee. As I stated in my original complaint, I have been told things in the past by this company that never came to be so why would this be any different. As for the negative reviews I guess this so called company doesn't keep up with their 3 Facebook pages or maybe these pages were created by the unsatisfied customers to warn others. I just wish I would have reviewed them before I had the work done.
I have attached photos of my windows and will be posting the same photos on social media with my reviews about Clear Choice. I will be sending these photos to all my friends with a request that they forward them to all their friends. Hopefully this will prevent Clear Choice from doing to others what they have done to me.
