did not follow proper complaint paths. [redacted] has a department set up kust for customers that have issues called retention. As for suffering, this person has clearly not suffered any undue stress or mental anguish due to loss of cable Tv services not working. Cable TV loss and repayment for loss of services is time for time. 4 days for 4 days not 2 months. This customer is clearly exaggerating and should be held liable for "over claiming" undue stress. Has this customer seeked  psychological help for this issue. If not, I would ask for this claim be denied through the Revdex.com and taken through the proper channels at [redacted]. These opinions are of my own and do not reflect those of Clear Connection, LLC 's in any form. I have not worked for Clear Connection since November 2016. Cable Television Subscription carries no entitlement to customers for exuberant requests of credit.
