Hi ***, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your account with our company. I’ve talked with your agent to hear his side of the story and reviewed the notes on your account. I’ll make sure you receive all of the money you’re asking for. A few points of
clarification; there is not an additional $monthly fee in addition to your card fees. During the month of July you processed transactions and incurred fees in the amount of $41.49. That entire amount was refunded to you on August 12th, which means you used our service for free in July. You also processed transactions in August, and incurred fees in the amount of $40.03. I will be happy to reimburse you for those fees due to your complaint here on the Revdex.com website. We were unable to collect any fees for the month of September due to the negative balance you described above. The reject will cause us to attempt to collect the fees again, which unfortunately was submitted prior to our review and cannot be stopped. If we are successful in collecting the fees from your account we will refund that as well. If we are unsuccessful we will not attempt to collect again.Your agent, Mr***, claims he did respond to your calls and tried to help you. However, since I was not involved I can only give you the refunds you are requesting and apologizeI hope this resolves this for you

Maryland address.  Since this letter was sent to an incorrect address we could not have known you were looking to cancel until you called in December.  We are issuing a courtesy refund for a second month of fees, in addition to the month you have already been refunded for.  I realize you were frustrated by this process, and apologize for this inconvenience.

Application and Agreement which we processed on 6/30/2015 and shipped equipment on 7/2/2015. We are glad to assist you in returning the equipment and closing this account. You should expect an email with a prepaid [redacted] shipping label via email within 24 hours.  Simply box up the equipment and give it to any [redacted] driver or drop it off at any [redacted] dropbox.  If you incurred any charges to your account they will be refunded. all fees except for $9.29 which was charged for transactions processed.  The $9.29 in fees is less than the 2.70% you mentioned.The refund will hit your bank account no later than July 31st as promised.The $49 was billed for a card reader for your cell phone which you purchased.  This was also refunded prior to this complaintYou mentioned filing this complaint due to the actions of our competitors. We're sorry others have burned you in the past.  That is not the way Beacon Payments does business.
