My furnace broke on a Sunday over Christmas weekend when we had a really bad blizzard, I couldn't get anyone to come out, everyone was closedClear Creek came out and had my furnace working in a matter of a couple hoursThe technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand

I came home from dinner around 9p.mand my entire basement was full of water, I called a few other company's but no one answered the phone even though their websites provided and "after hours" phone numberI called Clear Creek and they had a plumber out to my house in less than an hourThey fixed my plumbing issue and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to come out eitherThe repair cost wasn't expensive and they also found a couple of issues I didn't know I had, and they offered me a maintenance plan to help me save on repairs and maintenance in the futureI was very pleased at professionalism and work that was done at my house

My furnace went out and my tenant called them It was a simple replacement of the inducer control board and ignitor Because it was winter, I did not have the time to shop it around They charged me $ When I received quotes from other heating companies, they quoted $400-$ DO NOT USE THESE RIPOFFS!!!!!!!
