I have tried to reach you numerous times, leaving voice mail messages and sending texts, receiving no response from you. I am perplexed as to why you felt the need to report me to the Revdex.com without first trying to contact me with your concerns. I explained when I took the deposit from [redacted] that it would be some time before the work would commence as it was, and still is a very busy time for me. [redacted] did not express any concern with this issue.
I have been in this industry for almost 30 years and have never had a homeowner lodge a complaint against me. I take great pride in my work, my reputation and my relationship with the homeowners I have come to know.
