information from customerIt is beyond our control what a manufacturer offers as a warrantyOur company followed correct protocol and should not be publicly criticized and slandered by speculations of the customerWe did cause her sump pump to fail nor did we manufacture the unitThe warranty was expired and that's not our fault either

I am faxing requested information

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called within the days and the plumber came back and says I need a new shower after taking my moneyWhen I called back again, I stated my problem wasn't resolved and the plumbing problem was misdiagnosedShe hung up on not because I was rude to her but because she didn't want to fix the problem because the plumber no longer worked for her, so it was my word against hisAgain, this was still within the days and convenient he no longer worked thereShe didn't want to hear what I had to say so she hung up on meI wish I recorded the conversation but who expects a representative of a company to hang up the phone on a customerI have no problem paying for a service if it's corrected or at least be honest so I can decide what to doI trusted they were a reputable company because they were referred to me by [redacted] I stand by everything I have saidIt's hasn't been years and I'm still within my statue of limitation to sue if that's what it comes down toI wanted to give the company the chance to do the right thing but it doesn't seem like I will be getting a resolution here Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their arguments is that the damage was there previouslyIf so why didn't their technician bring it to my attention or make note of it on their paperworkThey didn't because the damage was caused while doing the work by the technician "Ray." He left my bathroom worst than he found it I made the claim because of spit of water that was coming out of the tub spoutRay left me without a bathroom for weeks - luckily I have a second bathroom to use [redacted] asked them to call me and they never doI attempted to call to speak with someone in chargeI was told that the manager said if I persist they will turn this case to their attorneyThey told me they will investigate, speak with the technician and lead technician and will call me backBut they never do This company agents are liar! Regards, [redacted]

The above complaint is not valid and has been previously submitted under a different nameThe cause of failure was the malfunction of the pump itself not our installationWe did not install wire guards because they were not installed previously and the customer never requested themThe continuous malfunctions of the pump(s) were caused by the irregular well shapeIf they called us instead of another company we would of corrected the situation under warranchargeThey did not do so and incurred an additional expense due to their own actions

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have never dealt with a more dishonest company in my lifeI called my home warranty company as a result of a drip the shower at my new home, there was no leak or flooding at that timeEach time clear flow sent someone out they made they problem worse in one way or anotherIn the end they caused the leak that caused a flood in my bathroom, a problem that I had never had before they arrivedThe resulting flood caused water to come though my kitchen ceilingThey need to own up to their mistakes and take responsibilityThe wet spot needs to be remediated for mold and the ceiling needs to be paintedClear Flow is also now retaliating against my family as a result of my complaint to the Revdex.comThey reported me to the warranty company for nonpayment of my deductible, trying to get my contract with them voidedI am thankful I paid with check which I was quickly able to provide to the warranty company as proof of paymentI made two deductible payments to clear flow via check during the month of May which they cashed immediatelyYet then claimed I never paid themAppalling!I would like to see how they deny that, with the provided proofAs mentioned in my previous messages, all I am asking is for the wet spot they caused to be remediated and painted by a licensed professionalI am not asking for them to give me additional fund or trying to pull a quick one over on anyoneAll I want is the damage they caused repaired, I don’t see how that is an unreasonable request Regards, [redacted]

The invoices provided are from over two years agoThat explains the error on our behalfThe current complaint has nothing to do with our company's workmanshipIf we did anything incorrectly, we offer a day warrantyI don't think that was the case, based on those invoices for two unrelated problemsI would not take much consideration to the speculations of a competing plumbing company trying to make their own profit! I don't recall ever "hanging up" on a customer unless they're being extremely disrespectful, I would rather end the conversation immediately rather than allow it to escalateOur company does an average of plumbing service calls per week, that's an average of 10,jobs per year! We've been in business for ten yearsWe only a handful of complaintsI think that represents the true character of our company! Not the accusations of one unsatisfied customer

My response is expressed in my previous statementsI stand by my actions, and sent her payment for half of of the alleged damages

We made every attempt possible to repair the unitHowever, it was difficult to find an universal part for a water heater that's years oldWe were equally frustrated when we received the incorrect parts from the manufacturerWe were at the property four times and have yet to be paid anything! We attempted to get replacement through [redacted] and they denied it and said" even if the part is on back order for six weeks, we won't replace the unit"I fully agree that the unit should be replaced at this time before my company invests any more time or money into repairingHowever, if we do do without approval from ***, we won't be paid for doing soI will contact [redacted] and push for replacement

Homeowner ( [redacted] ) was not present during the visit of Clear Flow Water SolutionsTherefore, any speculation on his part is hearsayUpon interviewing, both technicians stated the same exact series of events: arrived at the property to fix a leak, area was saturated upon arrival, another indivual (not homeowner) let them in and stood on the bar stool to point out the leakThe technicians phoned the homeowner and suggested installing a shut off valve, he didn't want to pay for one, so as a courteosy, they added a shut off valve and fixed the leakOur company did not charge this homeowner anything nor did we any cause damage/use the "barstool"He is upset that he has water damage from his pre-existing leak and wants someone else to pay for itWe fixed the leak, added a shutoff valve and he paid us nothingThis should be considered adequate.Tina P

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because They cut a pipe without shutting off the water and flooded my basement and the placement of the barstool was directly beneath the shut of valve that yes they did installwhich to install the valve they would of had to stand on in order to get to install the valvethey did not move it or use laddersthey used the stool which is a violation under OSHA Regards, [redacted]

Response from Clear Flow Water Solutions:Our company did attempt to repair his year old water heater, his wait time was due to locating parts for the unit that were not readily availableAfter parts were replaced, it became clear the unit was non-repairable and we were then able to obtain authorization for replacement from [redacted] , his home warranty company covering the plumbing claimUpon scheduling the installation, my office staff explained there was a portion not covered by the warranty company totaling $ [redacted] also explained the out of pocket costs to the homeowner, once he finally agreed to pay, we were able to schedule the installation of the new unitOur technician always collects payment before installing new equipment, however the homeowner was reluctant to pay at the start of the job so the technician installed without paymentOnce completed, the technician realized made a "stain" on the carpet while removing the old unitHe pointed it out to the homeowner and said to contact our office if would like a professional cleaningThe office called to collect payment of $489, he refused to pay anythingI told him just to provide documentation from a professional carpet cleaner and I will deduct that amount from the $I also called around to obtain quotes for carpet cleaning companies in the area, the average cost for stain removal for one room is $The homeowner still refuses to pay anything, even after my reduction of $for the stain! My company should not be caused financial hardship by this individual for the service we providedI understand that he's upset that he had no hot water but that's no fault of our companyI understand an accident occurred by our technician staining the carpet, my company is willing to pay for that.Resolution: Once he pays for the services provided for his brand new water heater, I can refund him the cost of the carpet cleaningI will also allow the homeowner to deduct that cost from his billOtherwise, I will be forced to turn this matter over to my attorney for legal actions.By offering to pay for the stain we are taking full accountability. He now has hot water and a brand new water heater because of a service provided by us-unless he's having a plumbing related concern, he needs to pay for those services provided.Thank you,Tina P***Clear Flow Water Solutions, LLCMemorial HighwayOley, PA 19547###-###-#### (Office)

This homeowner never paid us for any servicesWe only diagnosed the problem and told her the cost to correct it properlyShe did not want to pay for the work, so it wasn't fixedThe fact that it continues to leak is no surprise to usWe never did anything wrongWE, like any other business, can't do work for "free"Please remove this ridiculous complaint from our profile immediatelyIt's not valid as she did not pay us for any serviceThere are two sides to every complaint, not just one

The above complaint is not valid and has been previously submitted under a different nameThe cause of failure was the malfunction of the pump itself not our installationWe did not install wire guards because they were not installed previously and the customer never requested themThe continuous
malfunctions of the pump(s) were caused by the irregular well shapeIf they called us instead of another company we would of corrected the situation under warranchargeThey did not do so and incurred an additional expense due to their own actions

I reviewed the information provided for claim ID *** *** ***.We determined the leaking shut off valve needed replacement, the leak was caused by high water pressure to her home (not by our company), we were notified by her Borough (Pottstown Municipal) that a plumbing permit needs to be
obtained before any work can be completedOur company submitted paperwork that same day to the Borough and followed up the very next dayWe were told it would take days for the permit because it was classified as a non-emergencyThis is the reason we couldn't correct the leak in a timely mannerIt was at no fault of the company.Since the complaint was submitted, the outcome/settlement requested by the consumer "replace the water valve and fix the leak" has been fulfilled. Our company completed this job to the consumer's satisfaction on 10/6/207.I spoke with her today (10/13/17) and confirmed that this has been resolved.Tina P***Owner/Manager

Customer got a new well pumpShe paid for the new well pump and the laborRegardless of the outcome, she now has a brand new well that she needed because the old pump burnt out There is nothing further we can do, she got the refund of the $she paid. Now she has a new well pump and reimbursementPlease close this claim as our company is at a loss

Unfortunately, I can not agree with *** ***'s statementsHe was fully aware of the costs of his install prior to job completion, my office staff will certainly attest to this*** *** *** is working on pulling a recorded call with *** *** reviewing these costsI attached a copy of a signed work order by *** *** that clearly states the charges of $We would never order a water heater without reviewing costs before handOverall, due to the fact that *** *** was reluctant to pay the $prior to the tech ever staining the carpet, I feel he's now trying to take full advantage of my company.I received his $check and refuse to deposit it until this matter is resolvedIf he's now attempting to get our company to pay for a brand new carpet, all factors have to be taken into considerationHow old was the existing carpet? What condition was it in prior to this? Our technician states there were already multiple stains on the basement carpet upon arrival and he's only aware of one stain that occurred while removing the old unitThere's a lot of hearsay revolving these "stains".So basically, he wants me to waive his $bill for the new water heater he received and replace his previously stained carpetMy company is really being taken advantage of hereHowever, I believe in karma and don't wish to continue down his path of negativity.Resolution: Void his bill of $in exchange for no future involvement with this individual and no future liability for the carpet. If this is not acceptable, I'm forwarding this to my attorney and will see him in court.Tina P***Clear Flow Water Solutions, LLCMemorial HighwayOley, PA

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meDespite the fact that my wife and I completely disagree with the perspective offered by Miss P*** and Clear Flow Water Solutions, we believe that this incident needs to be resolvedWe never intended to receive anything for free nor do we feel that we have taken advantage of Clear FlowHowever, we believe Clear Flow should be held accountable for their actions and this resolution is satisfactory to us. We accept the offer presented by Miss P***: Our bill of $be voided with no future contact nor liability for our carpetHowever, we would like to receive a confirmation letter stating that this bill / account has been settled in full so that we have legal evidence to prevent anything from negatively impacting our creditOnce a confirmation letter is received, we resolve to refrain from contacting this company in the future and will not hold them accountable for replacing our carpetThank you for your attention to this matter.

***Aug (days ago)to me The complaint was not submitted under a different name We are *** and *** ***, it appears this company has moved? and maybe thats what they mean, we sent them a certified letter and they never responded to us.Installation of wire guards is good practice, we should not have to "request them", we are not well pump experts so how would we possibly know? If they did a good job, they would have done that, it certainly should have been covered within the ridiculous $that *** paid them for the well pump work. After we got a reputable company to Clear Flow's work, that company also told us it is standard practice to install them.Clear Flow clearly wanted to get in and get out with the minimum of work and expense.Clear Flow also installed that new pump (which *** paid $for) together with the new wire, so how can they blame the pump that they installed, brand new?they told us we needed to replace the wire or the pump was not guaranteedThe wire was not covered by ***, so paid them $for that new wire.Within days, the pump had gone bad We were again without water, and both the pump and the wire needed to be replaced. The employees at Clear Flow were surly and difficult to deal with, they acted as if this was our fault. They came out and once again replaced both components, and once again within a few days both had gone bad again. As I said, *** stepped up and paid us for the pump that Clear Flow ruined Clear Flow now needs to step up and pay us for the wire they ruined by improper installation.Clear Flow maxed out our $allowance for the well pump, so after they ruined sets of pumps and wires, we had to pay out of pocket to fix the well pump and wire.So we called another company on our own to fix our well pump, we clearly need water to our home and we were NOT going to allow this company to set foot on our property. That company took pictures and replaced (for the 3rd time) the pump and the wire, they charged us 1/of the price Clear Flow charged to our warranty company ($vs $1500) and we have had no problems whatsoever for over months, so clearly it is not an issue with an "irregularly shaped" well or the pump or anything else they want to blame this on.The pump that was here and finally failed after working for years had no problem with the "irregularly shaped well" We have no proof there were no wire guards on that wire, as this company pulled out and disposed of the wire. Regardless, this company did a horrible job, was disrespectful and disagreeable to us and we want the $we paid for a wire that they ruined twice and ultimately was trash - so that we had to buy another new wire from the company that did the final work

Upon arrival, the technician found the basement floor/carpet was
saturated from a leakThe resident of the property stated the leak had been
active for approximately one week before the scheduled appointmentHomeowner,
*** *** was not present at the time of the visit, but the
individual
that was at the property during the technician’s visit stood on a bar stool to
point out the leakThe homeowner expected our company to clean up the water
from the leak, but our company is only responsible for plumbing repairs, as we
are not a water restoration company, and are not responsible for any water
damage occurring due to an existing leakThe technician did install a shut off
valve at no charge to the homeowner
