Review: I ordered some envelopes for an invitation and paid for 2nd day shipping. First issue, it did not come 2nd day. I called to complain at that point and I spoke to one of the rudest human beings I have ever dealt with for customer service. He did not care to help out or make the situation better. The envelopes finally came 2 days later only to get them and they are the wrong SIZEE!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!!? I called again and I encountered and even worst customer service rep than the first time. She was telling me I ordered the wrong size and not willing to give me a return label to get my money back! Not only did I overpay for 2nd day shipping, but now you sent me the wrong size and you can't give me a return label. This is just unbelievable and some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady on the phone was basically calling me stupid and did not have one care in the world. She basically made it seem like it was my problem and she didn't care. This website is the biggest scam and piece of [redacted] company in the world. Never have I ever dealt with some itic people in this planet. It was all their fault from the beginning. Apparently they don't know how to measure items. Do not order from this piece of [redacted] company.Desired Settlement: I would like a return label to send everything back and get a full refund back including shipping. I do not want the envelopes.

I placed a simple order for 1000 red metallic zipper bags. A few moments after placing my order I received a confirmation email telling me my order would ship out as soon as possible. The next day I received a call from a representative telling me they had made a mistake and only had 300 bags at the California location and the rest would be shipped free of charge from another location. The next day I received notice 700 of the bags would not be shipped due to my card being declined. If the charge hadn't been split up with obvious extra charages added there would've been no issues whatsoever. Clearbags.come representatives didn't handle this situation right at all and I now will have late orders as I will have to reorder packaging and wait for it to be shipped.

Review: Product windows arrived dirty and scratched.

Ordered window boxes and the windows were dirty and scratched. When I called for a replacement or refund, I was told that it would be a waste of time for the replacement because all the windows would arrive the same way. I had to beg to get my small order fee back along with the product refund. When I asked about the refund for the shipping of $11.95 which is outrageous for ground shipping of an envelope. I was told to ship back the items at additional expense with no refud for previous shipping charges. Desired Settlement: I would not only like the refund for the product, the small order fee, but the shipping charges, if I have to ship back a product they new they were having problems with all along.

Initial Business Response

The customer was misinformed by a ClearBags customer service rep about which product to order for her use. The manager was informed of this error and spoke with the customer. While speaking with the customer, the manager apologized and agreed to give the customer a full refund. A full refund was processed on 9/12/13 for the product, the small order fee, and the shipping cost. The customer was told to keep the product. Issue resolved.

A huge disappointment. I needed some bags for my prints and ordered two day shipping on 2/10 assuming I would get them on 2/12. Unfortunately there was a cut-off and I ordered after that time(2pm). I didn't know this though because the cut-off time was hidden and resulted in me getting the bags two days after I needed them. Although this inconvienenced me, all would have been forgiven if I received a full refund for their mistake. But after proving lie after lie that they were fighting me with wrong, they offered a refund for the product only (not the $20 for the shipping) and expected me to pay to ship the product back. It finally got to the point to where they now have my $47 and all I can do is make sure they don't make any other customers pay for their company's mistakes.
