To Whom it may concern,
We were originally asked to perform the job in February 2014. Two months later April we were called back because the screens were said to be popping out, We sent our installer out to take a look and corrected the problem free of
charge, Our installer said that the house seemed to be settling which caused the problem. We were called by the customer again in November of to install a basement window where nothing was said about any problems with the screens. We have no record of ever speaking to the customer in August February of we were called again because the screens were said to be popping out again, We explained to the customer we are more than glad to come and fix the screens but because they are popping out because of the way that the house is settling and not because of the initial install and this is now years after the initial install there would be a $road charge. The customer said ok and we set up an appointment for 2/*/2016, our office was closed that day because of a blizzard, the customer was called on 2/*/2015 when we left a message to re-schedule the appointment and never heard back. We feel that this customer is trying to get something for nothing and take advantage of the fact there was a blizzard and we were unable to come on that said date. We would like this removed from our record. Please see the notes on her account attached

[redacted] did come into our shop with his broken sample of 3/8” clear glass with an OGEE edge requesting a new one to be fabricated to his dimensions see "sample attached" that is 3/8" clear annealed...

glass.  My [redacted] contacted our distributor  to get a price as per his sample and we told [redacted] that it would cost it would cost him $495.00 plus tax of $ 42.69 making the total sum owed $ 537.69 as per Invoice # [redacted]
Once we were informed that my distributor could not fabricate [redacted]'s order in 3/8" Glass because our distributor realized they made a mistake.  They quoted us for 3/8” glass not ½”.  They would not honor the quoted price since
it was not a written quote. My distributors increase for this change in thickness was originally $150.00  My [redacted] Kristy contacted [redacted] and verbally informed him that if he wanted to go ahead with his order the price will increase what my cost of $100.00 "$50.00 less then my cost" because his glass had to be 1/2" clear annealed not 3/8" glass.  She then faxed him a credit card authorization form on 04/**/2014 for him to send back to us if he wanted to place his custom order.  [redacted] e-mailed me back the same day his deposit off $200.00  thru his Master card. Receipt is attached. 
On Monday 04/**/2014 [redacted] called into Clear Image and verbally told my [redacted] he thought about the price increase and demanded we honor the 3/8" class quote and she then explained to him that we are doing his order almost for cost and that we could not discount this order any more that what we have.  [redacted] began to get nasty with her and didn't want to hear what she was saying he just kept trying to over power the conversation thinking that would work to get his way.  [redacted] then put him on hold and transferred the call to management who informed him that $595.00 plus tax was
the best price he could get him on his ½” OGEE edge glass. [redacted] then became adamant that he wanted the $495.00 price and once again ran his mouth to the point Management couldn't get a word in,  he was asked many times to listen to what we could do and the best that we could offer and if he didn't want to place the order we would refund his deposit (even after production started on a custom order that we normally wouldn't refund)  He still was trying to over power the conversation wasn't listening becoming irate.  It was at this point [redacted] said the conversation was over; that his deposit
would be voided out (see attached) and that we would not be placing his order.  Never Once did [redacted] curse at [redacted] and it is insulting that he would say such after we tried to do the best that we could.   [redacted] was Never told he couldn't pick up his sample (see attached) in-fact it is sitting in my office and I would greatly appreciate he come and get it ASAP as it is sharp and in the way.
 It is in my opinion that [redacted] is trying to strong arm us to get something for nothing or in this case less than that!  We cannot fabricate his order for less then what it cost us to do so bottom line.  And for the record this is not the first time he has made us loose money.  Back on 12/**/13 [redacted] placed and order for 3/8" glass we fabricated it to his specs and called him Saturday leaving a message that his order on invoice #[redacted] is ready for pick up.  [redacted] called us back on Monday and said he decided to go with a cheaper route "Granite" and that he didn't need the glass.  We told him it would have been nice for him to contact us before the order was fabricated but that we would take that as a loss. Invoice # [redacted] was voided and the conversation was ended.

Review: Never returned to fix outside screens in my home after having an appointment. No call no show. Left a message still no call back....Desired Settlement: Screens repaired..... I want the 50.00 dollar road fee waived since the business in up the block from my home. This job cost me over 300.00 dollars, they were at my home once before to fix the problem and didn't correct it. The screens were not properly measured to begin with.

Review: On April *, 2014 I purchased a 1/2" clear glass 30" X 26" with OG Edge and four 2 1/2 radius corners for $495.00 plus $42.69 tax on receipt number [redacted]. I was told while I was in the store that the glass I was having replaced was 3/8" and the vendor Clear Image Srorefronts & Glass, Inc. was using would not do it in 3/8" as they called the vendor for a quote. Clear Image Storefronts & Glass, Inc. told me that the would try a 2nd vendor to see if it could be done in 3/*" but it would have to be done by fax. I was informed that it had to be done with 1/2" glass and gave them a $200.00 deposit. A few days later Clear Image Storefronts & Glass left a voice message on my phone that they were increasing the price by $100.00. I called back on April *, 2014 and was told that the person s=who called me was not in. I called back again on April *, 2014 and was again told that the person that took the order was not in and to please hold a few minutes that they could retrieve my order information. A man got on the phone, cursing and said XXX, XXX and hung up the phone. Clear Image Storefronts & Glass, Inc. has my sample and refuses to do the written order that I paid a$200.00 deposit.
