Our representative was correct, Kinetic Credit Union did not charge you $1 for each of your PIN attempts. If you will look on page 3 of 3 on Navy Federal Credit Union's fee schedule (link below) you will see Navy does charge their members $1 per invalid PIN...
attempt on certain etwork/networks involved in the transaction. This "Invalid PIN" fee is charged by Navy Federal Credit Union and in no way is connected with Kinetic Federal Credit Union.
