They arranged delivery of my goods via third party. The bil was $447.50. The goods were delivered and now I am being charged an additional $220 because the driver could not unload the delivery from his truck. They are telling me if don't pay then they will take my money I paid to customs and I will be in default with customs. Their voice is for a truck and driver. They are trying to make me pay because the dimensions were different. Not what the invoice is for, but they don't have language in the contract to mae me pay for sending the wrong truck.
Please note that this complaint was settled with the client after the claim was filed with you. the reason for the additional charges was because the dimensions provided for delivery were not accurate and the delivery company had to increase the price from the original quote. This was explicitly mentioned to the client when we posted her quote for delivery and had her accept the terms.
