I am rejecting this response because:1.  They never finished their end of the contract to reassemble our furniture (per contract).  They had lost the bolts, screws and accessories.  Instead rushed out and left to get to their next job.  Yes, I did pay them most of the overcharge amount but held back $342 until they come back and finish the job. They never finished their contract. In the mean time they managed to insult my wife whom had asked them put the boxes in the correct location in the new house.2. We never asked for $7000 damages (?).  We submitted a written request with all the pictures of damaged goods and demanded $2,582 in damages.  We did not ask for many lost items that we have discovered since. They never responded.3.  As you see Rodney Watson, the owner of the Unique Movers, behind my back had my wife (Mrs. Sadighian) to sign credit card charges for an additional truck that was not part of the contract.  He should have submitted a change order and have me (the main contract giver) to sign.  I was surprised on additional $1,750 overcharge that was irresponsible. I do not ask for it, even though shows that Unique movers made mistake in original estimate. They simply lured us with low price then jacked it up during move since we had our back against the wall.  To me this is fraud. 4. Mr. Rodney Watson owes an apology to my wife for his rude behavior and insults. He made my wife cry and lock herself in a room.  This is not the way treating customers.

Mr. S[redacted] owes a balance of $342.00. Our office informed him of the insurance company polices and reiterated they will not investigate a claim unless any current balances are paid in full.Mr. S[redacted] has provided our office with (2) different amounts for damages. The first was at $7,000.00 and...

then changed to $2582.00. We are not sure where he would be getting his figures without seeing receipts or the insurance appraisal, which can not happen until the balance is paid.Mr. S[redacted] is not asking for a refund for an overcharge because there is no overcharge to the quote. Our original estimate was for (2) 26 ft. trucks which we provided. All services included were listed on estimate and what was not was included in the section “not included”. Re-assembling or staging of any kind is not included and is stated on the estimate form.Mrs. S[redacted] rented a 3rd truck to move additional items that were not listed on the estimate, the rental is in her name and she asked that we keep this separate.Thank you
