Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I’m glad to hear that Clear Lake Dodge will honor their obligationsIt’s interesting and disappointing that the only memory and focus was regarding the $service charge that I challengedMy multiple voice messages, and personal message left with one of the other service tech (whom assured me that the message would be delivered for a call back), and I also left a message with [redacted] (sales guy that sold me the Jeep) .All of those failed attempts was clear indication of how the department was ignoring my pleas for follsupport was a source my frustration with the dealershipI finally received my first call back today (after weeks of trying), with assurances of follsupportI have a tentative appointment for the end of the month, and hopefully we’ll resolve the issue after this follvisitI’ll keep the complaint open until after completed service rendered Regards,

I have had time to research this service visit and have asked both advisors involved*** *** and *** *** remember the visit and did not know there was an issueNeither has received a call, nor has the service manager? *** *** is a Sales Manager that spoke to the customer
when he picked up. His only complaint was not wanting to pay $for a scratch he agreed upon with a subletted body shop we use? We offer a lifetime warranty with window tint and have no problem redoing the tint. If the radio did not take the new update to reinstate satellite I am sorry, but will be more than happy to fix at no charge obviouslyHad we known any of this, it would of already been taken care of. I offer my cell *** to the customer to call me directly and I will handle it personallyWe really want the customer to be happy and continue to come back to Clear Lake Dodge

I apology for the misunderstanding. We do not refuse service to anyone. [redacted] are one day we URGE one to call ahead and get on the books. We do not require appointments, but we do urge them on [redacted] due to the work load. If it was conveyed that way, I do apologize.  We take walk...

ins, but the wait can be very long so we try to minimize this by scheduling.  I dont like an upset customer...so I would like to offer  free the next 3 oil changes to the cusomter for free. He has been reimbursed for the package, but I will honor the next 3.  If that is something that he will be interested in my number is [redacted], ask for [redacted].

Thanks for sending the status note.  I have a tentative appointment for the end of
the month, and hopefully we’ll resolve the issue after this follow-up visit.

I’m glad to hear that Clear Lake Dodge will honor their
obligations. It’s interesting and disappointing that the only memory and focus
was regarding the $150 service charge that I challenged. My multiple voice
messages, and personal message left with one of the other service tech (whom
assured me that the message would be delivered for a call back), and I also
left a message with [redacted] (sales guy that sold me the Jeep)….All of those
failed attempts was clear indication of how the department was ignoring my pleas
for follow-up support was a source my frustration with the dealership. I finally
