Review: We purchased some Cherry Lumber from the company and paid the invoice promptly. After payment, we noted that the material was not correct and it was returned to the company. Company has issued us a credit memo for the product but refuses to refund the money. We have made several phone calls that go to voice mail and are never returned. We have even tried to call and order other material in order to use up the credit but those calls are not returned as wellDesired Settlement: We would like a refund of $19,046.43 that was orginally paid for the defective material
